I could barely watch this through the tears. They are the most unique and tragic love story. Loved this couple for 17 years. The saddest thing of all is Jason probably did love Elizabeth the most, but couldn't bring himself to endanger her life. "If anything ever happened to you, I couldn't take it!" Elizabeth is the only one Jason ever put before his needs. Tragic, but maybe it's better this way. All soap couples get destroyed the second they get together and then they end up hating each other. Name one couple that didn't happen to. But Jason and Elizabeth will love each other forever. Their story ended for me when SB's Jason went into the harbor.
He's back! Sadly, his eyes are all on Sam not Liz. Which is a good thing really since we no longer need to wait for a fantasy, that has been dangling over our heads.
Why Jason and Elizabeth cannot have their happiness now ? Sam and Drew, Sonny and Carly , Robin and Patrick. They've been the love sick couple who's timing was always off!
