    very good work sam ! { as ive got limited space } can you use isotherm thermal membrane over new plaster boards ? thankyou

      thanks so much for your reply its been a cold wall so i wanted to warm the wall up and even 27mm thermal boards are too wide in that area !

    What's the expanding foam you used on the floor, I guess it won't transfer damp?

      No you would have to use a closed cell high density foam 👍🏻
