All depends on your machine, every single machine is different
Sadly seems that when the second, lower ribbon is damaged that you can't salvage anything anymore from it or repair it anymore :( Seems to be hardwired into the screen from a quick glance.

There is no point of attempting to repair such as the part is widely available for very cheap price.
@@ifixsmartphone9079 oh well I saw they sold the touch flex cable as for part, so I’m just curious how the technician could remove the broken flex cable and install the new cable as replacement. I’m just learning.

Why not with a heat gun?
There is good chance you will warp backlight panel and you should not use hot air for this kind of job.
