    THIS TRADE FORENSICS IS ABSOLUTELY VALUABLE. I LIKE LEGGING INTO SPREADS TO BENEFIT FROM PRICE ACTION ON BOTH ENDS: LONG & SHORT. THERE IS ALWAYS SOME LEVEL OF RISK-- PRETTY WIDE SPREAD. THANK YOU MARKUS.

      Hi Matteo! I used TOS (think or swim). By the way, in case that you do not know, I have developed a software that minimize losses and maximise your wins. I call it the PowerX Optimizer. We are currently running a promo for it you may check it out here www.rockwelltrading.com/products/10-44-powerx-optimizer/

    How about buying/selling covered calls, cash secured puts on inverse related ETFs... like TQQQ and SQQQ - they move in inverse of each other... so if you buy 100 shares of TQQQ and 100 shares of SQQQ and then sell ATM or ITM covered calls on each... take profits on the covered calls... then use wheel on both and keep generating cash.... sell cash secured puts when you think the market is doing to go up or down...

    I heard that a broken wing butterfly can be converted in to risk free strategy when the price make a move in one direction.

    • @rockwelltradingservices
      @rockwelltradingservices  2 года назад

      That is correct: A lot of strategies can be converted into "risk-free" if the initial move of the underlying is in your favor. But you still have risk when you put on the trade. Does this help?

    Interesting that no one talks about the scenario when AAPL goes DOWN right out of the gate as soon as you buy the call, kind of like what the market is doing now. So what happens while you're waiting to sell the call and the market and stock continue to tank, more likely in this market actually? Thanks!

      I guess you could always buy a put at the same time or sell a call on the call you purchased as a hedge.

      Correct , just more hedging to protect ones trade which just eats more into any potential returns. In the end with all of these endless number of strategies it still comes down to to the simple fact that you still need to be correct on direction to really win big.
