@@ericxb Thank you. He had escaped a toxic ex who spent all of his money, he was injured from a car accident and just finished school, switching from construction to be an OSHA inspector. He had lost a lot of weight and was eating healthy, when he went to see a male friend of his. His friend insisted they go to a Chinese buffet to celebrate. My brother was borderline diabetic but since his blood sugar was ok, he let his friend talk him into it, and then after the buffet, he had a a stroke. I know it sounds like I’m blaming his friend but it’s more of a combo of factors. I can’t eat sugar, gluten, or shellfish and I used to constantly battle people. I feel like Terry really understands how dark people are always trying to take you down. If you told this to a typical therapist they’d call you paranoid 💙🙏🏻💙

I’m stressed harder then I realized. Lost my dad n best friend in last 90 days. 2 different people.
Dad fell on staircase, friend was stabbed to death.
I have many pains pop up in body, super tense… n had new friend turn into a covert narcissist when I am at worst.
Step mom flipped script at my dads death n became a true enemy.
I can up property wise, but this too is triggering and must be managed in carful stable ways.
