Video Game Attorney almost destroyed H3's case and completely lost another DMCA case like a year later (Akilah vs Sargon).
Everything points to him not knowing what he's doing and x should cut him off immediately, then start praying that the IOC/NBC doesn't actually sue, because he'll most likely have to pay. It's crazy what being active on social media and DMing streamers can do to a hack's career.

The Olympic Committee will have the very best money can buy, so you can't mess around with someone that H3 couldn't even beat a random civilian with.

I’d agree with xQc if Poki and H3 was discussing the legality of the situation being ‘lawyer Andy’s’ but they weren’t giving law advice, they were giving lawyer advice. And X saying he got no advice and instead criticism, not only did H3 message him (according to H3) but what the people have been saying about the lawyer IS advice. You can’t just say you don’t want to be hindsight Andy, but the point of hindsight is to learn from their mistakes, so unless you’re down to lose millions and waste time, I highly recommend you open your mind and talk to them and consider their opinions.

I love X, but man needs to check your ego when it comes to stuff like this, this isn’t the time for jokes and trolling and to refuse help. This is where you need to listen to everyone who will talk to you, poki had a good take, and Ethan has been there before and even had the same lawyer. X now has this personality to keep up but he needs to chill with this and actually take as much advice as he can get, not just play the hero and try and do it all by himself, not with something like this, whatever your beef with H3 I’d be organising a sit down with him because he has first hand experience and you don’t want to give DMCA more power just because you were frankly too arrogant to do this properly

H3's first lawyer was X's lawyer and he almost threw the entire case, but they quickly swapped lawyers and saved it. the guy literally has barely any experience being a lawyer and isn't up-front about what he CAN and what he CAN'T defend for, not to mention, he ALWAYS tries to encourage making a counter claim to his clients which won't always end well.

H3's case has been used multiple times in court as precedent. I'd assume poki has some experience with her lawyers related to OTV & friends, so I'd take her advice, but with a grain of salt.
Dude literally didn’t understand, something I’ve realized is xqc has been making himself the victim a lot. Even tho when people aren’t attacking him. He’s complaining about no one helping but despite your personal thoughts on H3h3, Ethan was giving his advice on the lawyer xqc has. Which is kind of a help since he has personal experience.
He doesn’t need to like H3, I know plenty of his fans don’t, but Ethan litterly has experience with the lawyer in question and the landmark fair use case that would help Xqc if this lawsuit ever goes through.

Where he literally has a mini meltdown saying people are always against him all the time in reference to the h3 clip he watched which had nothing to do about him directly. It was about h3’s personal experience with the lawyer xqc hired.
And he has recently been playing victim a lot. There are times we’re he is justified but more recently he’s been putting himself as this villain when no one is even saying he is.
Xqc's whole point was that these ppl are just saying all of that for content. They are acting like they are lawyers and that they know everything to know about DMCA laws and this lawsuit-to-be in particular. If they wanted to give actual advice, theyd just reach out, none did. Btw. H3 said on the podcast that he did DM XQC about the lawyer. I believe he is also obliged to take a stance online, because that's his previous lawyer, and because his DMCA lawsuit (which was funded by the internet) is now used in a lot of cases as a legal precedent.
This! If Felix loses this case, content creators are gonna be in a lot of trouble. Going against the Olympics is not gonna be easy either, they're gonna try their hardest to win this case. Felix needs to be careful and actually listen to the people who have enough experience to help him out with this case.

H3 beat his case that was very similar on the youtube side of reaction content and has solid experience, I definitely think H3’s advice is with good intention in hopes to help X succeed. I agree that X should be annoyed with people that don’t support him taking it to court tho, there is no reason to want him to fail, this case will affect everyone on twitch.
