Highly recommend you read This is How You Lose the Time War. One of my favorites and very unique. I think its right up your science fiction alley for sure!
Yeah the Eragon books by Paolini were REALLY good for me at the age of 10 or so. Now they only hold nostalgic value, I think if I read it for the first time today I'd feel the same. To Sleep in a Sea of Stars is pretty good, his writing style has definitely evolved a bit. A fun scifi/horror romp in the vein of Tchaikovsky. Also This is how you lose the time war was amazing, definitely read that!
T-shirt on point. This is How you loose the Time War is a fun little palette cleanser. I think the Wall sounds interesting. A woman and her animals and survival. How strange you have read Brave New and not 1984. I have that very 1984. . . .very 80's. That Good Earth is charming looking
Adrian Tchaikovsky: has a bookplate signature. Time War: fantastic prose. Enjoy. I'm happy to support Heroine B0b. You do an amazing job with both channels.
Thanks for the book haul tour and it looks like you got some great stuff! Most modern TPB covers seem to just suck. All graphics and you can't even tell what the genre is anymore. I guess publishers don't want to spring for real illustrations nowadays. I had never hear of Bardugo until I found the Six of Crows duology last weekend. Already sold on EBay.
Her stuff is REALLY popular right now thanks to booktok, but she’s a solid writer so if you like fantasy maybe give one of her books a read before you sell it.
Stephen King is VERY descriptive, thus most of his books are thick. Usually I can do without knowing about the little details, in favor of a story with forward movement (pace). Yet back when Tommyknockers came out in pb I read it in a day. Can't say if I would or wouldn't recommend it, as I remember the accomplishment more than the book itself A author I do recommend is Dean R. Koontz, his book Watchers is one of my favorite books I've ever read. But this is coming from someone who couldn't wait for the newest Jackie Collins book 😀to hit the shelves.
dark matter is one of my favorite recent reads i loved it but i also love Michael Crichton in general. i also want to try outlander when i get the hardcover books lol have you thought about doing a personal book collection where you go over all the books you own? i think that would be a fun idea as i always like seeing people talk about the favorites they own
I’ve been asked multiple times to do shelf tours but it’s not content I consume so I don’t really know how to go about it. Plus I move and reorganize all the time as a book seller
@@B0BsBooks ah ok no worries. yeah i just like seeing what books people have and hear them ramble about the books or have a story that connects them to it but i can understand if you do move them around all the time.
I'm totally with you regarding Christopher Paolini. My colleague borrowed me the book with the Dragon back then because she thought I might like it - but I couldn't get over the first few pages for the same reason 😄

Thank you for your kindness. I will give adult Paolini a shot.

It’s GORGEOUS and it’s signed. You are truly spoiling me.
Nice books, esp that Dying Inside.
Been looking for it ever since your review all those years ago.

@@B0BsBooks Yes. I shall take this recommendation seriously.
Best wishes with what you choose to read. The problem with watching other book tube channels is that it only increases the tbr! Happy reading to you.
I know that so well. Thank you 💕

I’m so glad I’m not the only one!
Will watch tomorrow 🙂
Thank you for watching at all 💕
@@B0BsBooks Of course ❤️. I'm going to watch before bed 🛏️😴.
Nice 💯🙂❤
I wish someone would send me a copy of Dying Inside!! Still haven't found it out in the wild.
Nice haul.
1984. Make it so!
