I love Renee in the kitchen video. Now I'll have to try this out. My hubby does a sauteed zucchini and summer squash will fresh basil topping so yummy too. Thanks for sharing
I’m feeling really hopeful about the garden so far. My Brussels sprouts are doing so well so far. We have had a cool wet spring and I think they are loving that.
I just moved from the Midwest and the joke there was during zucchini season. You didn't dare leave your car windows down because when you came back you would find zucchini in the front seat of your car
This looks amazing! We call them courgettes in the UK but the glut is just the same when it happens 😄 Brilliant first video and yes, the cheese goes on first here.
I’m impressed with all the things you found to do with your zucchini surplus! I love the low carb ideas, as I was recently diagnosed with high blood sugar, so I’m trying to eat a lower carb diet. I prefer yellow squash to zucchini, so I will try using that for the crust. I wonder if it would be a good idea to melt some of the cheese on the crust before adding the sauce to keep it from getting soggy? I love the canning and I love the frugal tips!
Wow thank you Mrs. Renee for the nutritional value of the recipe. I’ve been into eating more of certain vitamins naturally from foods my body is missing per recent blood work and how my body is feeling, and the crunch of the crust was definitely giving me a push to try it.
Just made this for lunch and it was a hit, even my two-year old loved it! I added a few extra seasonings to the crust (garlic powder, onion powder, little bit of extra oregano) and made it as thin as I could. I lessened the bake time like you suggested for the thinner crust and 20 minutes was about perfect! Used up quite a few odds and ends leftovers from the fridge: a couple strips of bacon, diced up a grilled Italian sausage link, shredded carrots, peppers/onions, and the last bit of banana peppers from the jar. It turned out so good! Thank you so much for sharing this video and for the great ideas to use up all this zucchini!!
I added zucchini to my one pot wonder pasta sauce last year. It really sweetens things up without adding sugar. I love the idea of adding to hamburgers! I’ll have to try that!
The pizza looks amazing and all of those zucchini ideas sound delicious. I usually make a lot of zucchini lasagna in the summer. The key is to bake the zucchini first before assembling.
I see cauliflower crust all the time, I don't like cauliflower. I like zucchini and I was wondering if it would be a good crust. I think freeze dried or dehydrated would be good in a crust. Thanks for sharing..I am looking forward to more cooking content
I have some dehydrated zucchini I might grind up into a flour next time and see how that turns out. I have a feeling it would be much more crispy. I think dehydrated squash gets really sweet so it makes a nice crust without added sugar.
I love zucchini. Maybe you can ask Becky to freeze dry some zucchini for you. I know Becky loves it. If you mix freeze dried zucchini with the wet ingredients it would hydrate the zucchini back to normal but dryer. Try it out and if it works than freeze drying zucchinis is your answer to many fruit that you grow. 👋🏻👋🏻❤️ from the Netherlands
I’ve been so surprised with how versatile it is. I shredded and dehydrated a lot of it too. It’s great for thickening sauces or grinding to make a flour. I’m sure Becky could freeze dry some for me too. Thank you for watching. ❤
We appreciate the feedback. It's definitely been a learning process when it comes to dual camera filming. The camera floating above the counter has admittedly yielded some marginal results and we definitely don't have it all figured out just yet... Camera angle, placement (so its mostly out of the frame of the main camera) and lighting have been a challenge but little by little we are learning. I did what I could to brighten up those shots in post so it looked somewhat watchable. Hopefully if we do more kitchen videos, we'll eventually get that perfected. Meanwhile, thanks for watching!
This is just a funny side note, but something must be wrong with my vision because the one that was determined to be the larger pizza - to me is the smaller one. It makes no never mind but I just wonder if I'm the only one who sees things differently.
I look forward to trying this recipe. Please make more food videos

I would love more ideas to use up zucchini
I hope to see some garden videos this year! And keep up the garden surplus recipe videos as well.

This looks great. Thanks for sharing the recipe. 💕
I bought Pizza Palooza last year. I liked it so much, I just bought my second bottle! I would love to see some more zucchini recipes. Please share!
I have plans for lots more zucchini this year. Thanks for the recipe!
Loved this video❤
Really loved the food ratings ❤
More food videos please😊
I did as well!

Great idea with the zucchini. I want to try this for my low carb loving son.

I’m definitely going to try putting in our hamburgers as well! Thanks for this
Looks delicious! I've done this using cauliflower, and that was good too.
😊👍

When my son makes pizza he puts cheese on the bottom and on top.🐝🐝

My favorite pizza growing up was House of Pizza in Hammond Indiana ❤
My mom and dad said they knew of that place. It’s not too far from where they live.
@@hesaid-sheshed i haven’t been there in years but I still remember how good it was.
I'd probably enjoy snacking on just the crust once it's been broke into pieces after baking crisp, like chips.
I was thinking that too! It would make a really great breakfast pizza too.
I like your videos. Your kitchen feels very dark at parts of the videos. Are the lights on?

Next time squeeze it in a cheesecloth. That should help you get it more dry. I hope it works.
If i made thos dairy free, could i omit the cheese?
Sure! You may want to add some nutritional yeast to the crust. The toppings can be anything you like. ❤

It was the camera angle. Sorry about that!
@@hesaid-sheshed Oh, no sorry needed - I just thought it funny of "me". I do enjoy watching you. You have such a pleasing, calm, gentle way about you.
Wow that looks so good. Definitely a must try. Thanks for sharing Renee!
