They're great figures that can be used anywhere. I have some that I've swapped heads with Airfix 25 pounder and Universal carrier crew, and painted in khaki and olive drab, painted brown leather jerkins on some, and Voila! Royal Engineers' Sappers. Need figures to represent troops doing mine clearance or bomb disposal duties? These are your guys.
Thanks for watching! OO gauge is 1/76 scale - but uses 16.5mm track. One of these bizarre scale combinations that dates back longer than anyone really remembers lol! At 1/76 scale, the track gauge should really be 18mm+. HO would actually be better on this size track . . But the UK model manufacturers are so set in their ways now, it would be very hard for everyone to change, guess we'll just have to get used to having correct scale trains on slightly narrow gauge track . . .
Best explanation of the painting of figures I have ever seen. Never done it before but move on with a little confidence now. I have subscribed. Barry.Devon.
Yes, you’re right. This is one of the earliest videos I made on my channel and have learnt a lot of lessons since then. The paints I’m using in the video are humbrol acrylics and enamels
They look brilliant and the process is well explained
thanks! This is one of my oldest videos so I'm glad people are still finding it helpful

Model Minutes what would 1/64 scale be ?
I think that's S Gauge. Where the track gauge is 22mm. It's a bit of a niche scale as far as I know, not many manufacturers supporting it :/
Model Minutes Im looking for props for toy cars, but they dont make them , but thank you!

Very helpful though it would have been even more helpful to quickly tell us what paint you're using! I am a complete novice at this...
