It's not absolute stick free, but things comes off and slides easily when it is properly used(pre-heated). And it doesn't require too many efforts to wash dishes even when things are burnt on the pot. In conclusion, it is very usable even when you compare it to a teflon coated one and it's teflon & heavy metal free.

they are not stick free as advertised. even plain eggs would stick even with oil. worthless product.
