  • I get a lot of questions about BBQ sides and what I serve alongside brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. These are my three favorites that are sure to please a crowd. They are really easy to make, but you don't have to tell them that!
Banana Pudding - is a classic dessert in the South. Don't get it confused with the stuff that comes out of a box. This one is made from scratch with bananas and Nilla wafers.
Macaroni and Cheese - This one is good for the young and old, but I make it with a twist!
Baked Beans - Most people think they don't like beans, but they haven't had these. I had no less than 5 people come to tell me they don't like beans, but they had seconds of mine.

That's the goal! I can't stand the 10 minute videos with 1 1/2 minutes of content.

Thanks! It's even easier than boiling the macaroni and the leftovers didn't dry out.

I tried making the whipped cream and it doesn't even get close to thickening. Thoughts?

Heavy cream takes 3-4 minutes to beat with a good electric hand mixer to turn it into whipped cream. How long did you give it a go?
