I think it's an homage to Spider-Man 2 (Spider-Man 3's fights homage the first or second fight with Doc Ock). And then the spin around the pillar that T'Challa does is an homage to X-Men (Wolverine on the Statue of Liberty).

People say this fight scene looks like a PS2 cutscene. While I don't agree with that, I do indeed think the CGI in this scene definitely isn't Marvel's best work. We've definitely seen MUCH better CG from the MCU.
