Coen makes a good impression of knowing the Offensive game. I'm feeling confident he's going to bring the tweaks we need to win more games.
Lets hope he outperforms Dave Canales.
Agreed. I read that Baker is now going to have more options to change plays at the line-of-scrimmage when he sees something he can take advantage of from the D setup!
Baker is VERY smart! (I think he'll be GREAT at this.)
I'm SO excited for my boy Baker! FINALLY going into a season only have to learn a "similar" new system; throwing to guys he now has some chemistry with; playing in a system that's actually designed with his skill-set in mind, (for only the second time in his NFL career).
Other QBs take these things for granted... Unprecedented for Mayfield. If they manage to give him even a close-to-average O-line and running attack, LOOK OUT!
I am psyched about this season I think if the Bucs stay healthy they've got a shot at the Super Bowl.
This is the second year in a row that the bucks front office has done a good job of drafting and hiring staff. As far as coaches I think the fact that the last OC is now a head coach for another organization shows exactly how far the organization has taken this franchise bringing in Tom Brady was a genius move and a move that seems to have set the team on a trajectory for long-term success. I like the fact that they are now drafting in a manner that has the team getting younger and faster a couple of years ago. This was the oldest team in the league. Now they have a nice mix of veterans and young players. this is a recipe for success in my book.
I just hope we stay healthy!
I think this guy is more realistic and points our the offense faults and specific things we need to improve compared to Canales who did the very vague positive answer "we gotta keep working". Wish the best for Liam

He looks way better in Pewter and Red than in that pink suit with the flower. Can’t wait to see what he has in store for the offense this year. Hopefully, he won’t take a head coaching gig after just one year.

Let's be honest. White and Irving are not scaring anyone. They will be better but not a great improvement. Stop drafting mice and start getting bigger backs.

The Bucs have NOT had an average run blocking OL. I think we have a decent run game if the OL gels n starts blocking better. The size of the backs is not the issue

TE chip and release are overlooked and also TE behind and across the line of scrimmage are high percentage plays too to mix things up ... Excited to have TE Otton and TE from Washington; the one Penix threw to likes to run through people after the catch .... Good luck play calling this season .... I'll look for the weaknesses in the secondaries of the opponents you play against..... NFC caught up to AFC in talent this draft .... 🗼
Mayfield was the #1 Draft Pick in the NFL back in 2018 ... He is just fine ... just build that chemistry fellas 3rd down bread and butter's !!
At the end of the day it will be up to the defense that will determine how far they go not the offense. Whats the difference if we score points but cant stop anyone?? I do believe that we have a top 10 defense this year. I just hope the offense can score more than 20 points a game. We will see.
All I can say is Liam better be good at his job. Baker has had enough turnover in his career.

He had no choice but to call run plays or else teams would know that the Bucs were going to throw all game. Give him some credit we still made the playoffs and went to the divisional round in the postseason. Let's see what Coen brings us.

Sometimes these media pressers are right after they come off the grass... it's hot and they need to hydrate. I can appreciate the need for the water. You think it's bad now, wait til training camp.

It looks like he's Still sweating, probably just leaving the field. Let the man rehydrate himself, he's doing the presser it's close to 20 minutes. Practice was at least 2 hours and he's installing
