Oh, Nier automaton. Probably the most unfriendly game for beginners. And I mean not even the complexity of the game, but its very beginning. Even if the player is not used to the genre of the game, he will choose the medium or hard mode to start. Pass a mini-game with planes and land to fight in melee. This is where the problems begin. A new player who is not familiar with the genre will first try to figure out the controls, but the enemies have already been sent out, and after that the boss battle immediately begins, where the player dies. The player expects to be respawned at the start of the battle on the ground, but no, there is no checkpoint in the game, so the player must watch the non-skippable air combat intro again, which will take about 5 minutes. Personally, I died like that 6 times, after which I dropped the game, later I found out that the difficulty can be changed during the game, but there was no desire to return
@@Kagezava Why they chose make the whole intro one sequence without a single checkpoint point I also don't understand. It does do a good job of teaching you the mechanics of the game in what is basically "show don't tell" tutorial which I appreciate. But it's completely understandable that it made a lot of people abandon the game before even finishing the intro which is truly a shame.
@@JaegerZA its really good imo but since phantom liberty is close and comes with a whole lotta free updates thats gonna make the game better you could wait for it. Here's hoping phantom liberty has a good release this time lol
You won't get the feeling of Elden Ring main theme unless you played the pervious games and also waited 4 years for the game. I remember on release I started the game and listened to the sound track and I was so hyped beyond belief , they really nailed a song that gives you more hype for a game you were hyped around already.
These are all great songs and give me good flashbacks about my gaming experiences. Gehrman's OST still gives me goosebumps whenever I hear it. Great video liked it.

@@JaegerZA especially the Replicant/Gastalt soundtrack. I love the Automota soundtrack as much as anyone else, but I feel like it's way too overrated compared to a lot of songs from the first game.

NieR, Gehrman and I Really Want to Stay at Your House hit me really hard... Not even the hype from the other songs can erase what I felt after remembering these depressing masterpieces (Silent Hill gets me nostalgic tho, not sad. I'm not that hyped for the remake and Silent Hill F, but I pray to whoever is out there so that they don't suck)
_Silent Hill F_ might be something to look forward to since Ryukishi07 is attached to the project. But I also dread to think about what they're going to do to the _Silent Hill 2_ Remake.
