    I was suffering from severe anxiety depression thought I will loose my control and become mentally severely disturbed but I keep praying that inshallah one day allah will grant me peace I always used to pray every dua five times prayers Quran and every thing scholars prescribed to relief anxiety but let me tell u that thing that help me come out of this
    1 Allah will never put in a trouble more than I can suffer
    2 Allah says I will test u with anxiety depression so if he is testing me be patient he will reward me
    3 Allah loves me more than my mother how can he let me go wasted
    4 it's written by Allah so should I get depressed by what Allan wants me to have
    5 every thing is temporary accept ur Allah
    6 it's exam and inshallah it will over soon and being deptessef is a quality of non Muslims those who trust Allah keep trusting him he will never let u go
    At the end he will give u something u will smile laugh and say what I was doing it was for my benefit
    And it's not depression it's shaitaan keep that in mind no anxiety nothing will happen Allah loves u so he wanted to test that when shaitaan tries to make u mentally disturbed what u do
    May be it's because in ur surrounding ur loved one have to face anxiety and alllah is preparing u for that
    May it's because so that u could tell them that I suuferred and how I come out of this so stop being depressed
    Ur problem isn't b8gger than ur rabbb

    Haza min rabbi Fazli. Alhamdulillah summa alhamdulillah main lagbhag 1 sal se anxiety disorder me tha. Lekin summa alhamdulillah mere rab ne mujhe nikana in pareshaniyo se. Allah subhanhutala mushkilat bhi deta hai to iske piche vajuhat hoti hai. aur mujhe khushi hai is bat ki main anxiety disorder me rahte Hui apne rab se close hota gaya. Is chiz ne is ghuanhghar haqeer bande ko apne rab ko janne meadad ki. Mera rab muktadeer hai har chiz par mukmmal Kadir hai. ❤️❤️❤️

      I took vitamin D 'weekly once' supplement for one month. 4/month. Also took multivitamin daily for a month. Health anxiety is psychological in nature and deficiency of Vitamin D which is quite common now plays a major role. All thanks to my family doctor who prescribed me the medications. Also read this dua thrice after every fard prayer. My lord helped me so much due to this. "
      Allahumma ‘afini fi badani, Allahumma ‘afini fi sam’i, Allahumma ‘afini fi basari La ilaha illa anta"
      English translation:
      O Allah, grant health in my body, O Allah, grant health in my hearing, O Allah, grant health in my sight. There is no god worthy of being worshipped except You.’
      Read Surah Falak and Surah Naas thrice, day and night and blow it over body.
      Try to fast on Mondays and Thursdays. Inshallah Allah will heal you and us. Ameen!

    Salam… Jazaka’ALLAH for your video… in covid i lost some people from my life & since than I started feeling something bad was going to happen with me.. i was over weight.. around 100 kgs… multiple time i went for ecg.,blood test,LFTs, etc… Alhamdulillah all came normal… than I started jogging… started from walk.. felt good about my health…Body started transforming… brought weights in my workout + jogging … lost 30 kg in last 2 years… 8 inches of waist.. 90% Alhamdulillah got over this anxiety…
    i can relate to this video so just sharing my story…

      @@sharikkhan4945 first of all roz apny liye time nikalen, go play smth outdoor or run/ jogg
      Get your vitamin D checked and take fish oil supplement they're so good especially during exams
      Try to manage your sleep
      Stay hydrated, eat properly cut junk, pray ( most important)
      Take small break between study sittings
      I'm not sure if you asked me or Dr. Sahb but this is from my side
