After PATTERN while revolving the intersection feature. A message popped up saying the selected objects are self intersection section. what could be the problem please help me with the query

Why dont you just Revolve the whole wheel, then extrude the holes and substract revolve the front and the back of the wheel? You also don't use mirror etc. This wheel could be done in matter of minutes.

My suggestion is that since there is no verbal directive you should make your selections slow enough for someone to follow along and try not to use your quick picks because then i have to try and figure out what you just selected and where it is. Very frustrating.

What is the type of suspension?
It is an educational model nothig related to actual world. Autodesk Inventor software has provided it a sample file to learn softare skills.
There is one part missing the suspension spring can any one tell me where i can get the video if it is not available draft will also be enough

We do not know about Nx certification...I think at present we do not require it.
