In this Siemens NX Tutorial we will describe how to build the model of ‘Wheel’. It is a part modeling tutorial, it will cover the following topics.

• Creating Sketches on different Planes of the model.
• Use the sketch constraints with help of Geometric Constraints tool that are applied on during sketch creation.
• Use feature commands such as Revolve, Extrude, Pattern Feature with Circular option, Unite and Edge Blend tool.
• Use Pattern feature tool to create multiple instances of one feature.
• Ads draft in the Extrude feature to set the draft angle for cutting the taper hole.

We do not know about Nx certification...I think at present we do not require it.
Hi, im having a problem with the pattern at 19:40, it seems Nx will only allow me a 4 object pattern but not a 5 one. Could you by any chance know of a solution for this? Thanks a lot for the tutorial.
Use count and span
After PATTERN while revolving the intersection feature. A message popped up saying the selected objects are self intersection section. what could be the problem please help me with the query

thank you for tutorial, but i have problem with pattern feature at 19:40, can you help me to solve this problem. when i try to show result, the model just has 2 feature and nx told me : Update Warning and Failure Report

What is the type of suspension?
It is an educational model nothig related to actual world. Autodesk Inventor software has provided it a sample file to learn softare skills.
how have you learned all these ? I am just a begineer.

Why dont you just Revolve the whole wheel, then extrude the holes and substract revolve the front and the back of the wheel? You also don't use mirror etc. This wheel could be done in matter of minutes.
If you know a better way then teach all of us by uploading your own video...It will be benefit for us as well as outer youtubers.....
My suggestion is that since there is no verbal directive you should make your selections slow enough for someone to follow along and try not to use your quick picks because then i have to try and figure out what you just selected and where it is. Very frustrating.
