By code you cannot use that kind of venting in a vent line with a booster fan. It has to be had metal. This stuff is all OK behind a dryer if it is just used for the transitions No foil or plastic.

Flexible hose/ducts are NFG for dryer vents. Interiors are too rough causing lint to stick to the interior of the duct!!
