Neat device, but I have a hard time believing this problem is worth $700 to many people... Especially considering how questionable the lifespan will be with those moving parts.
I can imagine this being extremely useful for someone with limited elbow mobility and is probably very comfortable if someone sat at there desk all day
Regardless of whether or not this makes it to market I GUARANTEE YOU some kind of props master is gonna love this thing for a hacker’s setup for a movie.
Yeah and both keyboard parts come out of the hacker's sleeves so he can hack on the go, while circumventing the security. Oof. That's so stupid it hurts already.
Can’t use trackpad with that (I think) but even with that being the case, I’m pretty sure there are better ideas than… this... The first thought that comes to my mind is a southpaw-style full size with a trackpad on the right-hand side to oppose the numpad. Could easily be done for >$100.
@yummyhershey5902 mmm true, layers won't do anything to improve mouse usage. But is having to move your hand from the keyboard to a trackpad or mouse a real issue to begin with? Even if it is, what you mentioned I think is a way more convenient solution. Having a trackball in a thumb cluster like some custom totem redux split keyboards I've seen online seem a way better alternative.
so.... you need the absolute huge bottom part just to use the tiny keyboard?? is it a prototype? if that thing was about a third of the size it might be cool but that thing is just hilarious... who in their right mind would use this over a normal high end keyboard??
I love this idea, but just put a damn button by each thumb to swap it when you ACTUALLY want. This is a cool idea, on its own, stop shoehorning AI into EVERYTHING 🤦♂️
KeyFlow FlowType Glyder IntelliType VelociKey BlitzKey HyperKey SliderKeys SlipStream Kebo Zephyr Feel free to use one of those names instead. Just be sure to give me credit 😉

It makes sense in the ergo keyboard market which this is clearly targeting
I can imagine this being extremely useful for someone with limited elbow mobility and is probably very comfortable if someone sat at there desk all day
“Ai sensing”. Dude it’s just a sensor
It's probably using some sort of computer vision/image recognition, which is machine learning (i.e. just as much "AI" as GPT or anything else is)
It's part of their marketing. There's no legal requirements for something being an AI, so you can call anything AI

It was fun designing and making these keycaps! :)
They look good !
You made those? Very cool👍
@@JohnnyRetroInc Yes :) We worked on making the lowest keycap profile possible, to acheive thinner drawers.
Won’t lie, they look great. Kinda want some for myself
How does companies like these even get funding. 😂
Jeez that’s enormous…
Give it a few years if it gets popular it will be slimmer and maybe even faster
Aannnddd, That’s what she said😂
why do we have to call it ai? that's a freaking motion sensor, we've had those
A Reddit post from the near future: "Halp, my keyboards been hacked!"
how long before the moving parts make squeaky noises?
And have fun cleaning these.
Could see it being used in military applications. Cyberwarfare 😂
It also includes an onboard Linux Computer, which can be used as an additional computing device🙂
Looks great!
How is this better/faster than just using layout layers?
Can’t use trackpad with that (I think) but even with that being the case, I’m pretty sure there are better ideas than… this...

Every time you hear "AI" at CES this year, take a shot.
numpad buttons are important to me, and this in the wrong side so it's a hard pass for me
This gonna be in the next sci-fi film
I love CES and all the completely unnecessary aggressively expensive tech companies show off with a straight face.
I’d rather have someone reinvent the transforming keyboard from the old IBM laptop, but there’s probably a patent on it.😢
I don't imagine how could anyone be this lazy to justify this
Did u saw robot thst picks up socks? 😂😂
Its health related. Less strain i guess
"AI" sensing lol
THIS IS THE STUFF I NEED WALL TO WALL COVERAGE ON
I’m not a standalone keyboard or trackpad person, but I’m intrigued.
Anyone with a split keyboard and using layers is laughing
This sounds like a nightmare
Does it come with a problem for this solution?
"AI" kill me
I need to see this actually being used
There will be physical lag when gaming on that keyboard
Who thought this was a good idea?
This is cool, maybe ill make one for like $150
Cool movie prop 😁, matrix vibes
numpad is on the wrong hand.
bro discovers southpaw layout
I know wasting on building my endgame keyboard that would potentially cost me $700 is better than whatever that is.

Nubs and Trackballs exist
takes too much space on the desk
For the price you can buy a keyboard, mouse and a trackpad
I love this idea, but just put a damn button by each thumb to swap it when you ACTUALLY want. This is a cool idea, on its own, stop shoehorning AI into EVERYTHING 🤦♂️
needs to make it smaller
I can only think that this will benefit some people with physical disabilities...?
Cool but uncalled for tbh....
But still badass ravikumar ke saamne fail hai….
Who 10 keys with their left hand?
I don’t believe it uses AI.
Assassin clieeck
That seems an enormous and unnecessary device ... Don't even mention the price...but hey, AI right 🤦
YES AI I LOVE AI!!! WOOOOOOOOO!
COMPANIES ARE SO IN TOUCH WITH WHAT CONSUMERS WANT11!!!1!!
700$ ... yeah.. nope
I hate it.

AuraSense Pro 👍
Cool! Why?
people with RSI pain will do anything to fix it. I know.
Absurd
Impractical
So useless.
that’s stupid
Need to drop the « AI » word in every sentence. Come on…
