Yeah, Mike Patton is just a vocal chameleon. Busting out tons of voices. He can take his vocals all over the place. Somehow he’s totally comfortable with getting crazy.
He voiced the monsters in the movie I Am Legend, the Will Smith version.

I think the bit at the end...the 'dunk-de-dunk' clean guitar bit was someone fucking up with the mixing and the house band.

That weird part isn't in the studio version. Either Roddy's keys messed up or whoever transferred their vhs of the Jay Leno show from 92 or 93 maybe they made that sound somehow?

You should really do a reaction to "My name is human" by "Highly Suspect"
That was extraneous sound at the end from the TV studio recording or from the video master copy. At that time, TV production was usually setup for audience and interview more than anything and were notorious for problems in live band recordings. This sounds like what was then called a "Live to tape" master meaning no post production mixing but rather a copy of the show mix which was only left and right stereo on a beta video cartridge.
