    INGREDIENTS:-
    400gm Paneer long cut and marinated with
    1/2tsp salt
    11/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy
    Coat all the above Ingredients with paneer keep aside for 20 minutes
    4 onion chopped finely
    3 tomato pureed
    2tbsp Garlic Ginger paste
    2tbsp clarified butter (घि)
    1cup curd
    Salt
    FOR DRY MASALA
    11/2tbsp Coriander seed
    1tbsp Cumin seed
    15 piece Black pepper
    2 Black Cardamom
    3 Green Cardamom
    4 clove
    1/2inch cinnamon
    1tbsp fennelseed
    Grind all the above Ingredients with out roasting it, Grind coarsely .
    PREPARATION
    Take a pan add oil 1/2cup now shallow fry all the marinated paneer keep aside now
    In the same pan add
    1/2inch cinnamon
    1tsp Cumin seed
    1 Black Cardamom
    Once the tempering splutter then Add Onion chopped saute till it become red then
    Add Ginger garlic paste cook for some time once the raw flavor disappear then add
    4tbsp clarified butter once it melts then
    Add tomato pureed and cook till the oil separate now add
    1tsp Redchilli powder spicy
    1tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1tsp coriander powder
    Chopped coriander stem or leaves mix it well
    Add 1/2cup Warm water and cook till oil separates now
    Add one cup wisked curd and dry masala and cook till oil separates and cook till the masala separates from oil then add 1 cup water Mix it well with masala add 1tbsp kasuri methi mix it well with all the ingredients now add fried paneer mix it well and cover the lid cook for 3minutes minutes and the PANEER LAHORE is ready to eat with Tandoori roti, laccha paratha, Naan
