bro, first time i ever beat hand of the king.. i almost had a panic attack from feeling a surreal accomplishment. I hadnt felt that from a game since WoW Arenas as a top ranked gladiator, this game is amazing. Hands down one of the most enjoyable drug-like rushes ive ever gotten from a game, and I used to be a world leader in Stepmania.. This game is way way fucking up there, it deserves its honors. Im always mind blown you can pick up random builds and win, you're brilliant and great.
i know this is a 2 year old comment, but i know exactly what you mean. am now at 5bc and still get a rush from every cursed chest. Also i hope you tried ultrakill because that game is also one of the only other games that give me such a rush :D
hey vee just saw your yesterday's dead cells viewer build on twitch. since i couldn't be live, thought i should say it here. really enjoyed the swoll build and very happy to see a no hit on spoiler boss with viewer build.
if you want a survival build then here's mine that I use very often repeater crossbow ice shield in backpack with mutation ice armour on L2 wolf trap on R2 you take instincto and backpack mutation the last one is on the situation you find yourself in (low health then gastronomy, if just wanna be safe then disengagement, you get the idea that any other mutation depending on the situation)
I got a build for you as well as route and mutations. Tactics build: three knots bow, quick bow, phaser and repulse blast. Mutations: networking, parting gift, scheme. Route: prison quarters to toxic, toxic to corrupted sewers, corrupted sewers to ancient sewers, grave yeard to cavern, cavern to high peak castle. (2bc requested)
Got my 3rd boss cell yesterday. - Pyrotechnics 30% damage to slowed target - Parry shield Spreads inflammable oil - Crusher (Bringing the slowdown for the win) Spreads inflammable oil Toxic cloud around trap - Tesla coil 40% damage to a burning target I honestly didn't think another tactics run was the answer to getting 3BC, then Timekeeper melted and HoTK was a messy DPS fight. If i had Hokutos bow on that run instead of a shield...
It looks very cool vee. Why don't u like pyro? I'm saying this by watching only 5 mins though.......will watch the full video before sleep since it helps me sleep better

Hey jerry if u ask me, tactics has some of the best build. Personally i no hit every boss with electric whip, rampart shield(survival) , owl/wolf trap and corrupted power. This build paired with cooldown reduction on parry(mutation), crows foot mutation for slowdown and extra damage and dead inside for bosses took me through all the way to 5bc and final true boss. May u try it if u have unlocked the above-mentioned stuffs. Gl
Heavy crossbow, rampart shield (or just about any shield), ice armor, telluric shock or powerful grenade. If you want to never die in biomes then run the acceptance + alienation combo and necromancy. For the giant you can run emergency triage, disengagement, and a mutation of your choice or masochist for the falling debris. Remember to go to the giant route for 5th bc and swap out your heavy crossbow with a giantkiller (with stuns enemies affix so that it does well in biomes) if possible or just hope that a weapon shop drops a giant killer before the giant fight.
vee do you know how to unlock meat skewer and swift sword and the aura without daily challenge becuz it always lag with me i can see the leader board and everything but when i try to connect it tells that there is no internet so plz help
There's mod support in the game. Which means you can do your own mods. Which means you can make any monster drop any blueprint. I recommend reading the manual for the mods in the mods folder (inside the game installation folder), it's very simple and clear enough. You extract the res.pak file, extract the database, open it with CastleDB and edit Zombies (for example), to always drop the blueprints. Then you go to 0BC and run first map once for each blueprint. P.S.: I think the droprates are for the map, not for each monster. What I mean is, "always" doesn't mean it will drop on the first monster but it's certain to drop on this map on one already chosen monster, so make sure to clear the map.

I'm pretty sure the enemy was about to become an elite, but a malaise enemy just happened to spawn on top of it as well lol
