I'd honestly give a kidney for a 2006 "Wrestling Machine" Kurt Angle with the bald head, black singlet and ECW championship!
This era of Kurt is only a year or two before my time as a diehard WWE fan and it took me quite a while to appreciate Kurt as deserved!
Mad props to Kyle here for pulling through this review with a broken freaken back. Oh it's true!

I didn't really like how wide his upper body was so I actually bought an elite legends triple h body with no arms legs or head since it's the same skin tone and it works perfectly and looks incredible imo

Awesome review. I tend to think of Kurt with hair. I agree with you on the milk carton or milk bottles. Though I definitely need to grab this one.
This is a really cool figure of Kurt. I can't wait to get it into my collection. With Kurt coming back to the Mattel line, there are a couple of Kurt looks I would love to see. I would love King Kurt from when he won the 2000 KOTR. I would also like to see the Kurt Angle with the wig and the wrestling head gear where he famously mad the Hulkster tap out with the ankle lock. When I close my eyes, I think of Kurt with hair b/c thats when I first saw him. The bald look I didn't like at first, but it has grown on me and now I think he looks better bald than he did with hair. It's funny you mentioned that Shield Kurt Angle b/c he looks just like Vic Mackey.
Update, I got this one about two weeks after Christmas and I really like this one. I ended up giving him the smiling face which of the three was the best. The stoic face I didn't like b/c it didn't look like Kurt Angle imo, and if you just gave me that head and asked me who it was, Idk if I would come up with Kurt Angle. The crying one I like b/c it's different, but I really like the smiling head and that was the one I went with. I gave his medals and the WWF title and that's all I needed for Kurt. I hope we get some different looks in the future. King Kurt from the 2000 KOTR would be cool, Kurt with the wig and head gear when he made the Hulkster tap would be amazing too b/c you'd get the bald head as another head. I would even be down for a basic in a track suit that comes with the WWE title. So yeah, there's lots of looks for Kurt we can still get :)
Wouldn't be surprised if they release a Kurt Figure with the headgear and wig combo 😅 after losing his hear
We definitely need more Kurts and as much as I like the soft goods, painted-on is better I feel. The Torso on this Ultimate Kurt needs a slight adjustment.

I’m watching this video in downtown Pittsburgh at college. I can tell you it’s mighty cold right now and Kurt is the better known of the two especially with younger wrestling fans.

Kurt Angle Ultimate was a very anticipated figure but Mattel dropped the ball like Eddie . Their decision on torso, soft good singlet, & face scan were all bad. Agree Entrance Great is still his best figure. Hopefully we get another release in a different torso and painted singlet.
Kurt Angle never won the Winged Eagle belt. The last Champion was Stone Cold March 30, 1998.
Yeah, I know I just feel that he could’ve been a champion that wore the eagle back in the day
I actually really like the Eddie Ultimate a lot. Yes, I agree about the torso, but I just have mine wearing the shirt and it covers up the fact that he looks like He-man when he didn't in real life. The torso looks better on Kurt Angle, but yes it isn't great. The soft good singlet I think is a plus. And it would be interesting to see what Kurt would look like with the winged eagle. I'm sure any collector with lots of belts could make that happen.
The crying faces what he did when he won the belt he was over exaggerating like no other he was on his knees hit the belt in his arm is and was crying because he completed his goal dope figure though

This Kurt Angle is absolute rubbish and one Ultimate I will not buy. Hopefully Mattel release more Angles in the future.

The old jakks Titan Tron and R3 was way better than the Ruthless Aggression and Classic Super Stars.. I'd swap those singlets!! 💯

@@KylePeterson1980 I already know the perfect singlet, the jakks finishing moves singlet with the American Flag deco going across the front.. then will need the other jakks Kurt with the American flag print on the knees and elbow pads, for the perfect Ultimate Kurt Angle. When I find this Kurt I'm gonna do it.. swap singlets and knee pads.
I love when Jakks went with real scans, then the R3 went with real body scans, too bad they only scanned a few guys and tried re-using the same scans for multiple characters.. how much better would it have been had every wrestler had a full body R3 scan.. plus the accessories and play sets were awesome too!..
To this day you can't show me a better Raven Action figure!! Doubtful any others exist for Perry Saturn.. I don't know how you could love RA and Classics so much, when they all had the same big clunky body, and limited articulation that wasn't any better than the TTLs, R3 s, and finishing moves!!. Even the TNA by toybiz was a hundred times better!!..
I collected them all, even the RAs.. but I will never feel they were superior, because they really werent that much of an upgrade if any.. oh well those lines are behind us now, nothing compares to these new Mattel's.. 😉
