@ I don’t guess I really have a preference. Mallard is usually the most sought after bc they’re a bigger duck and beautiful color. Wild duck is a much darker meat than what you were cooking. A lot of people don’t like it bc it has a liver taste, not nearly as strong as liver but it does have liver taste.

I used to have a smaller lock back Pakistan knife with white handles. I could get it scary sharp & it would hold an edge alot longer than a Kershaw lock back i had that cost 4 or 5 times as much
