For the people saying that maybe it is a health issue let me tell you 7 years ago i thought the same thing and got confused because when you get sick you don't think about these things all you do is go to the doctor i did the same and spent 4 years in this time duration the sihir became so strong when i realized it that this is something else, symptoms told this video 95% of them i have right now because of the negligence and i am fighting against it since 3 years. I am like Ill for 15 days of each and every month. I've done all the test and screenings and they're all coming good. I just don't know what's it.And now I've stopped thinking about it. I have experienced a lot of these symptoms. I have gotten rid of them by reciting Surah falq & Nas, 2x a day. I did it for about more than 3 months before these symptoms stopped.

If u sleep less, this is common. Don't panic or overreact. Your family is not fool, they care for you. Most of the symptoms i have faced bcz of stress, deep sleep. When u depressed phycologically this is very common. Something is bother ing you in ur mind. You wanted to avoid but ur mind keeps u always. This is the reason of your acidity, less sleep.

Many of these may be related to health issues. Doctors may not know where the problem is because they don’t do the necessary blood tests. But we must always protect ourselves by reading manzil ( verses from the Quran for protection ) morning and evening, even if we are not affected by sihr or evil eyes.

@NasTcar 1.I would recommend you change your job environment or quit altogether and find a job with segregation. 2.Start performing 5 salahs on time AND make dua Allah helps you from this waswasah. 3.Hold a fast according to the teachings of Islam everyday apart from the forbidden days such as Eids. 4. Everyday recite 1 chapter of the Qur'an divided into the 5 daily prayers if you find this difficult to recite all in one go. 5. Perform 2 units of Nafl salah every time it becomes intense apart from the forbidden times such as Sunrise and After the Fard of Salatul Asr. By the will of Allah you will banish not only the shaitan but Allah subhana wata aalah will also help you demolish many other bad deeds and habits as long as you are calling Sin Evil. I read falaq and naaz 10 times each surah after every paryier and 10 times ayatal kursi and lasy 2 verses or suray baqra and last 3 verses suray hashr but if you dont know then falaq and naaz and ayatal kursi is enough and read or lesson quran as much as may Allah save and protect all from this evils.
Allah took me out of a depression and my colleague who is non muslim did something on me. I had lower back pain, constipation, lack of periods, lethargy and dont want to pray and once I started reciting surah kursi it was like a dark veil being lifted off me! Sometimes you are not possessed but are under some kind of black magic spell and by Allah’s mercy you can get out of it. My mother prayed for me too and I have started to come out of it now Alhamdo’lillah. recite the last three surahs of the quran surah annas , al ikhlaas & al falaq (you have to recite these surahs 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening) and recite the last 2 verses of surah al baqarah (recite before going to sleep)

2.Start performing 5 salahs on time AND make dua Allah helps you from this waswasah.
3.Hold a fast according to the teachings of Islam everyday apart from the forbidden days such as Eids.
4. Everyday recite 1 chapter of the Qur'an divided into the 5 daily prayers if you find this difficult to recite all in one go.
5. Perform 2 units of Nafl salah every time it becomes intense apart from the forbidden times such as Sunrise and After the Fard of Salatul Asr.
By the will of Allah you will banish not only the shaitan but Allah subhana wata aalah will also help you demolish many other bad deeds and habits as long as you are calling Sin Evil.
Do all of this until you are satisfied that its not a mental health issue.
If symptoms persist then please find a well known Ruqiah Centre and get diagnosed.

I read falaq and naaz 10 times each surah after every paryier and 10 times ayatal kursi and lasy 2 verses or suray baqra and last 3 verses suray hashr but if you dont know then falaq and naaz and ayatal kursi is enough and read or lesson quran as much as may Allah save and protect all from this evils.

Everything you said in the video, me and my family has it. We have all the symptoms and don't know what to do
Allah took me out of a depression and my colleague who is non muslim did something on me. I had lower back pain, constipation, lack of periods, lethargy and dont want to pray and once I started reciting surah kursi it was like a dark veil being lifted off me! Sometimes you are not possessed but are under some kind of black magic spell and by Allah’s mercy you can get out of it. I have every of These symptoms
Whenever i recite quran , i never burp but i feel like something is stopping me from reciting it...When i was reciting surah baqarah, after 20 ayats, means from ayat no. 21 to ayat 286 (last ayat)...i felt like something heavy is on my shoulder...i felt like someone is sitting on my shoulder and ordering me to stop right there. When i completed reciting the surah and closed the quran book, and stood up , i felt like i was gonna faint and my back started hurting like someone has beaten me up....
Whenever i perform salah or recite quran, a part of me always wants me not to do so and another part of me scares me that i will be punished by allah if i don't perform salah and recite quran... Whenever i go to perform salah, that first part of me always win and i always missed the salah...but idk how, when it comes to reciting the holy quran, my second part always win...even if i had thoughts of not reciting quran...something inside me guide to recite it at any cost...
So basically, i have been reciting quran daily but not attending the salah...
Even though, I am reciting quran everyday...Whenever i finish reciting , i found myself being all sweaty (even though the AC is on), my voice changed and wrecked, my head heavy...

recite the last three surahs of the quran surah annas , al ikhlaas & al falaq (you have to recite these surahs 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening) and recite the last 2 verses of surah al baqarah (recite before going to sleep)

May Allah give us straight to keep going till Allah Will bring us shifaa .....nothing is permanent...just we must have more swabr and not give up in this matter even if is hard because this is a test from Allah....when time comes it will pass. ...for me I still have hope even if I have been struggling with all signs 2004 till now. ...all we need to do is to trust Allah in everything, reading qoran,listening ruqia is full off ayas and adhkar ,dua,many protection are there ...if you don't know how to read qoran atleast recite surat nnas,falaq,ihlas,ALFATHAH,Ayatu kursiyu,And you can find some adhkar here on you to be for protection do many deeds give swadaq,ask Allah forgiveness,say Allahumma swali ala Muhammad wa Ali Muhammadi afte every dua you make,don't miss swala.
