I've been loving this song since 2005 when I was 14. After watching the video 1000 million times I've noticed Nadine trips at 1:40. Haha. Lovely. They were so fresh.
My all time favourite Girls Aloud single is always either this or "Call The Shots". Just proof of the absolute genius they had with Xenomania behind them, it's still such a euphoria rush to this day. And I always loved the black and red pencil skirt look in this video and some of the TV performances they did of this!
Yes, not even Phil Spector could something as clever as this. Ironically Xenomania were influenced by Phil Spector as well as Motown. For a long time I used to wonder why British Artists always said Tamla/Motown but in The UK that's how their Records were released.
Oh here's another fun fact. As you know when she auditioned to be in Girls Aloud Nicola Roberts Sang "River Deep Mountain High" which was one of the Last Records Phil worked on. She also as you know won The Masked Singer. In the US Kandi Buress won who was a member of Xscape a popular Female R & B Group and she also sang River Deep Mountain High. She is also a Real Life Housewife Of Atlanta, and she wrote TLC's Comeback Hit "Scrubs" as well as "There You Go" for Pink.
I was crying on Sunday evening when I was watching Granada Reports That’s how I found out that she had died I am eighteen years old now and I started listening to Girls Aloud since I was about 5 or 6
I think this song is clever as hell the way it's written and produced. You can say what you like about Xenomania but personally I think they deserve credit where credits due. They make melodic pop music with a twist.
i'd never heard of them, til i read your comment -I just done some homework and strangely enough; the only 3 girls aloud songs i like were produced by xenomania.
Nicola was always my favourite and Biology my favourite song of theirs. I've introduced a few American friends to Girls Aloud mainly via this track - first time listeners are always wondering in which direction the song will go next! Just brilliant.
Sarah's family may hopefully get a lot of pleasure seeing her contribution to the success of the best girl band on the planet. She was so beautiful and had a tall athletic figure
The best British band since...well, forever, really. Their output was consistently amazing and unpredictable with so many memorable and classic songs, they had a sound and vibe all of their own. Pure greatness.

Girls Aloud stand alone imo as the best live girl group of all time , the Out Of Control tour was simply brilliant .. & of course xenomania wrote some ground breaking pop songs , including this little gem
These girls may had been put together on Popstars The Rivals, but when they worked in the studio with their producers, they definitely took it very serious and made some genius pop music. Chemistry was a brilliant album, it didn't get the credit it deserved, Swinging London Town, Racey Lacey and Watch Me Go where all brilliant and could had been hit singles.

Girls aloud were heavily promoted only in UK. Even in Europe there was little promotion with the first two songs and then everything stopped. It was strange because sugababes (a similar girls group) had strong promotion in all Europe from the first album to the almost the last one and they were very successful
This is the best pop song of the 2000's, in my opinion. Xenomania's production skills are amazing! Girls Aloud have been with me all my life since I was a baby. My heart still hurts because of the loss of Sarah. These girls have made my childhood amazing. I love them forever. #girlsaloudforever
Watching this brings me back back to my teens especially now that I’m approaching 30. It’s fascinating watching this as a lover of K-POP where dances have to be super meticulous with its lines and so forth and then seeing this and how even their arms are completely different and yet it’s a classic that still holds for the random structure and pushing the boundaries of pop. So much of it is Xenomania and itself, Brian Higgins but certainly Girls Aloud sold it and embodied it

With regards to looks, Nicola was my favourite; exquisite. My only qualm with this song is that it doesn't last long enough. The video is a kitsch masterpiece.
@@LilyGrace95 Well, Internet forums and comment boards bring out the worst in some people. Despite her fame and success, she has had difficulties in her personal life, as we all do. Some people think that if somebody is famous and has money, then bad things don't happen to them, or they should be able to cope with it. It is sad, breast cancer that has spread to the base of her spine and possibly her brain, at only 39 years old. Let's hope she recovers. Yes, not even Phil Spector could something as clever as this. Ironically Xenomania were influenced by Phil Spector as well as Motown. For a long time I used to wonder why British Artists always said Tamla/Motown but in The UK that's how their Records were released.
