I loved Agents of SHIELD for a long time, but they never once got a single Avenger from a movie to show up on the show. And that was supposedly with it all being under the same corporate umbrella, and part of the same universe.

I think ezra just happened to be in the speed force as he would probably know it in the future. When all the multiverse collapsed or maybe speed force just saved ezra miller from getting destroyed by the anti matter wave. And things would be different when is good back out. This was also the very last thing filmed for the crossover. Everything else was in the can as they say when the producers got word they could get Ezra Miller
I think he was there because of something Flashpoint related. A combination of Flashpoint and Crisis will make for a great explanation as to why the actors (and I'm sure events) are different when Ezra's Barry goes back home.

You're correct. The network did try to get as many cameos as they could. Some actors - like Michael Rosenbaum (SMALLVILLE) turned them down.

I remember Ezra Miller talked about this back when JL was in the works. He mentioned meeting up with the different versions of the Flash. I'm glad he got to do this. It's so cool.

He must've been payed in sandwiches but he still did it. Props to him.

Both Miller and Gustin managed to keep this hidden in the age of the Internet. Everything is always leaked or speculated on at some point. I have never felt such sincere surprise when watching any of the CW shows.
Knowing Shazam! couldn't get Henry Cavill for a movie made me believe this could never be possible. I'm glad it was and I think people needed a reminder of this character's presence.

This is how it happens. This is how the changes in the dceu happen. This is how Batman gets younger and Superman gets rebooted, but leaving Wonder Woman and Aquaman and Shazam untouched.
And once again, it's Barry's fault. no but for real it actually makes perfect sense that this could happen because of the nature of the speed force. The speed force vibrates throughout all of space in time and throughout the multiverse meaning it makes perfect sense that both the live-action flashes wood coming to contact with each other just like CW Barry and 90s Barry.

@@TubezThe1 Problem is Superman, Batman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman lives in the same DCEU universe. If DCEU Flash screw up the timeline, meaning all will be affected, basically all will get rebooted. Doesn't make sense only Batman and Superman got reboot. (Yes I know what you mean coz Batman already been recast while Cavill Superman pretty much in limbo, but still in the actual storyline perspective, it really doesn't make sense when only two person got rebooted when the timeline is screw up. Flash is the only one who will survive it because he is the one who trigger it)

Imagine if this is the same Cameo that happens in Ezra Miller’s The Flash. I’d like to see how it adds up.
I love the addition of, "I told Victor this was possible.". One of the most awesome meetings in DC. Both of these actors brought to this character a unique, fun and overall enjoyable personality to Flash.
I love how they're enamored with each others costumes XD Perhaps Ezra will have a sleaker, more breathable costume for his movie and one day Grant will wear an armored version of his suit (if you don't count Savatar lol)
I mean, if they ever plan to do an Injustice type thing in the Arrowverse, then I can see barry using an armor suit lol

Erza was not a bad Flash when introduced. No Erza as a person, well, not going to discuss that. But what they did to the Flash Character in the Flashpoint movie .. that was the real crime. Basically now the Flash from the DCTV show is the real one in the minds of most.

it maybe forshadowing for the flashpoint movie they doing. the director of the film did confirm that the way flashpoint happens wont be the ones fans know from the comic event. so here does this hint that cyborg have something to do with helping flash allow jumping to different earths/timelines? so timeline wise from the dead dceu to now dcmu (DC media Universe) with the apokolips invasion halted that move barry did to warn bruce is now gone. so new timeline route barry reason for timetravel/universe jumping is different.

@@devinrobertson5251 Before we seen the flash from the DCU, i actually questioned why all of the sudden the camera looked different. It felt like a film, at first I thought they were just going big for Crisis but then I thought, why would they only go big for a scene?
Then I was like: Something big is gonna happen.
