The yellow slop is rotten potato salad from a local potato salad production plant. for one reason or another this products didn't make it to packaging so it gets loaded up in the "slop box" and gets hauled here to be dumped. This load comes in at least once daily and sometimes twice! crazy. Thanks for watching!
