Hey Susan. That's tough. If I were buying purely for enjoyment and beauty, I would go RC. But if you care about sentimental jewelry with a name and story Cartier is the way to go. RC is definitely growing in relevance though.

The idea of removing gold is exaggerated I think. You could polish every day for 100 years and it's not kind the bracelet will disappear. Even Cartier polishes when you bring it in for service; It's the only way to brighten your pieces. You don't have to do it often but it helps to prevent the bracelet from looking like scrap metal. ✨
Nice video....very informative....to be honest I couldn't afford the love bracelet but have no desire to have such a complicated bracelet and one that seems to be on every influencer....I rather go for one I don't see as much for example you love knot Tiffany bracelet is exquisite ..... There are so many fine jewellery brands I wish influencers would showcase them. What are your thoughts on Boodles jewellery?

Agree - quality is not there for Love bracelets. Please be careful - polishing removes a fine layer of gold - you’re decreasing the value every time you do it. Also chlorinated water does damage gold jewelry.
