I have the same exact specs and the game barely hits 45 on LOW idk why, Heavy fights i've seen it dip to 26

Maybe you have the 3060 8GB version.

If you run the game on an i5-10400F RTX 3060 of RAM:16 means that it will also work on my i5-11400F RTX 3060 system with 12 GB of RAM 64 SSD M2 1T

13 GB + Ram Usage in My Rig. You can try lowering some settings. Hopefully, it will work.

this game is cpu intensive, i think since you are using laptop, your clock speed are slower because of the heat, check the temp i bet its high
