I went on holiday, admittedly to a Christian Holiday Home in Wales at 13, loved it. I understand Kirsty’s son was 2 days off his 16th birthday. My parents were 14 when they left school. I know this is a different age but if the child was responsible and it was all planned I think this was way over the top and perhaps the person who reported it to .social services could look for ‘cases’ of real hardship!
