You drew the bolt wrong... You're supposed to take m16 and multiply it by 1.5 which gives you 24mm... Then you draw another circle and inside that circle is where you draw the bolt, then you cwrry over those edges.... Instead you measured 16mm and drew over that ontop of your 30 diameter circle
