    The then 13yr. had received a personal invite in front of press.... there is actual footage available to see here in RUclips of P. Diddy standing near Ashton Kutcher as Combs walked up to the then 13yr. Daveigh Chase ( the little girl from the movie The Ring ) as Combs invited her to his house party after the award show was over . The teenage Daveigh later that night was trying to get a ride to Combs house party . She did find a limo driver that drove her to P. Diddy's party .
    Now what happened after that depends on who is willing to say what really happened . The then 13yr. had just received her first award that night for her character in The Ring . When P. Diddy walked up to her in front of the press to ask her to his party she looked excited about the invite . Now when details of this night started to come out a few weeks ago the people directly involved were mentioned to be J.Lo in the room and Ashton Kutcher with P. Diddy now it's supposedly Beyonce' and Jay-Z . The assault did happen but the question is who was directly involved and the way this case looks now we will not know for sure until P. Diddy's case comes up in May 2025 .

We had club promoters that would put on "teen" nights were we went to the same clubs as the adults and mingled with adults. As far as her father. I was raped 2 times when i was 11. my father didnt do anything other than yell at the neighbor to stay away. No one got beat up, no cops were called. I can tell you about dozens of times my mother had to pick me up well into the middle of the night, and i lied my ass off about where i had been. WE HAD A CRAPLOAD OF FREEDOM. we hung out in places with people we never should have, and yes, people from celebrities would hang out in the clubs handing out cards to young girls so they could go to celebrity parties. They told us it was talent scouting and we believed it. For those of you who think this couldnt have happened because she was a kid, you are wrong in so many ways. Some parents suck and before the age of helicopter moms and gps tracking, we did everything we could to join adults, and very rarely did they ever actually deny us joining in. I learned early on in my teens that "Believe all women" is bull crap. My younger cousin told my aunt I tried to "get into her pants" after a Christmas Eve party. When my aunt told her I was not at the party, she said, "Oh, I didn't mean John, it was Dave!" ... Dave's girlfriend was with him at that party, yes, but they left early and my cousin said it happened when Dave gave her a ride home (alone) in his car AFTER the party.
    When it was proven that it couldn't have been my other cousin Dave, she said, "I meant it was that friend Dave brought to the party!" ... Dave only brought his girlfriend, not any other guy.
    Years over years this same female cousin of mine would claim someone tried to sexually assault her, and the pattern became clear. Her older sister, my other cousin, was always getting awards for her equestrian skills in competitions. When there would be a celebration party or any other get-together where the older sister was getting all the attention, that one cousin would come up with a "This guy tried to SA me"... she was seeking attention and sympathy whenever her sister was in the spotlight.
    I was 15 when I learned you cannot "believe all women". I'm 56 now and over the decades have seen far too many news stories where the female accuser was proven to be lying. Be it about SA or racist logos, it turns out to be fabricated or she was the one who left the threatening logo or symbol... like Juicy Smollet and his "This is MAGA country!" stunt.

      There aren’t many things in this world that truly infuriate me. Women lying about being assaulted is one of them. Am I completely off base by feeling that it’s about the same as SA in and of itself? The more claims that turn out to be lies (happens A LOT in Hollywood and the music industry so it’s being widely known) the more real victims are ignored and bi proxy the more actual r@pists stay free to perpetrate again. Every lying ass woman who makes that shit up is essentially directly helping perpetuate SA. Not to mention the men who aren’t guilty having their reputations ruined. I’d like to give them something to cry about in the form of two knuckle sandwiches, but maybe that’s just me.

    • @TheReluctantVlogger
      @TheReluctantVlogger 22 дня назад +5

      And when it comes to women sharing these experiences with other women… you can tell immediately who’s lying and who isn’t. The second I hear a victim’s story I get a gut feeling about it. There’s just a certain way real victims speak and act and I personally find the difference between a real victim and a liar to be extremely noticeable. Side note; what are the chances that a 13 year old girl escapes the clutches of two grown men and one woman? And her father has no memory of that night? I find that very hard to believe.

    • @oh_meghann5777

Her lawyer can claim he tried mediation asking for no money but that's because they hope to elicit an admission THEN go for money. The US is notorious for suing with famous people settling then others believe it's guilt. That was Michael Jackson's biggest mistake. The outcome when he forced a trial was the opposite. I just want to point out some common sense here, people. When a rapper has actual gang roots, what do you think that means? A lot of criminal activity is glorified in stuff like mafia movies and rap music. And a ton see them as simple businessmen selling party favors, no biggie. Well, each person in a gang chooses to what extent they break the law so some do just move packages, but generally speaking, they will do ANYTHING that has the proper risk-reward ratio just as long as it does not victimize anyone they need to have good favor with. Packages are just popular, because it has a pretty good risk-reward ratio. Yeah, they'd mug your grandma if she were wearing a US$50k Rolex -- or you. They'll groom - many real gang members get arrested for loitering outside of high schools with troubled kids in it. That's what a P does. Basically, they are brutal sociopaths. Any victim in any way just as long as the risk-reward seems good enough.
    What do you think it means to be a criminal and have money on your mind? It means do anything to make money, morals and conscience aside. And not just dirty business practices, which are a gray area that is legal in society. I mean actual abuse of people - stuff heinous enough to be illegal. And like any generalization, yes, some just stuck with supplying trees, because they aren't that heartless. But a good chunk go far beyond that. It's the name of the game.

    What did anyone expect was going to happen when a 13-year-old girl attended a Hollywood party for a documentary? That should have been a red flag from the start. If everyone at that party was a decent person, surely someone would have stood up and gotten that girl out of there, or at least told her, "Sweetie, you don't belong here. Get out before something happens." But no, they let it happen. This is your Hollywood power for you. At this point, it's not the girl's fault that this happened, but she also needs to think about her decision to attend such a party. If you're 13 years old or younger, or even 18 years old or younger, you have no right being there. You had no business being there. This is one of those "mess around and find out" moments. It's a shame that it happened to a 13-year-old girl, but that's the world we live in.

    As a practicing attorney i can confirm that as per law, cases involving children are not publicized including the court transcript. However, exceptions to other aspects of the proceedings may be requested by the plaintiff's to be publicized e.g. for sexual harassment of adults for public awareness and other victims (if any) to come forward. However, the censorship precedence is something diddy's lawyers will utilize to their advantage.

    • @wildwilco
      @wildwilco 22 дня назад +8

      This is only applied if the children involved are still under the age of 18 at the time of the court case.
      I doubt any of the "children" involved are under 18 nowadays. They are either 30+ or dead and buried somewhere nobody knows.

    @11:10 yeah, thats exactly what i thought when i first heard her side of the story. That she "punched Diddy and was able to run off"... So not only was a 13 year old girl able to knock a grown man off, but a girl that was drunk, drugged and assaulted already was able to just gather her clothes and run off from a room where there were 2 other people around, but with ALL that, she was able to safely get out from a private mansion. A 13 year old girl. As much as i dislike Diddy, and even Jay Z, i just dont believe this version of events. It sounds a bit too much.

Anyone with half a brain can see this, when the internet has decided guilty until proven innocent there's nothing you can say to reverse that in any meaningful way. The funny part about this is some of these people probably are against guilty until proven innocent they just don't give af when its someone they don't like.
