Hi everyone! We noticed a lot of you are pointing out that this is a 2020 model and not a 2021, well you're both right and wrong. MG Philippines still markets the same ZS launched in 2018 with no changes. The 2021 model you are seeing on foreign websites and RUclips channels is not yet available here. If we were to follow you saying this is a 2020 model then we should say 2018 instead because 2021 and 2020 are the same as 2018. We are still waiting for the updated ZS. You can also confirm this information with MG Philippines if you do not believe us.
Hello po. How about this 2022? I've asked kasi a local agent regarding the model they're selling right now. The agent told me they are already selling the 2022 model of MG ZS Alpha.
I hope MG will offer a higher specced ZS.. But well im not surprised this is selling really well, seen this car in the streets here in our province.. It looks more expensive than it actually is, its utilitarian, and most of all its perfect for pinoy budget.. I dont think any japanese/korean car could match its value at this price range..
ZS has about 20HP more over the vios and around 10HP more sa city. i think its not right to compare them. against the raize 30HP more si ZS, against the juke similar numbers ecosport has better numbers due to turbo. ka segment lng ni ZS is raize, stonic, creta, gx3, emzoom, tiggo 5x

With the not so expensive pricing, the fact na it comes with the Sun Roof and yhe overall specs nito, sulit na na sulit. For me, a bit kulang sa HP and torque.
Well we have both the Montero Sport and Everest in our fleet. 😉 Over the two, we’d go for the Everest for everyday city driving and occasional out-of-town trips while the Montero Sport for frequent long drives. 🙂
this is 2019 model and the title of the video says 2021?? We better wait until new model comes as 4 speed automatic transmission on this model is pretty bad.... Let's just be patient for new 6 speed At or 7DCT transmission....

you are misinformed if you think diesel is more efficient. fuelconsumption wise, pareho lang ang consumption ng gas and diesel. maintenance cost, mas mura pa rin i maintain ang gas vs diesel. ang issue lang sa mga gas, is mahal ang fuel cost.
The 2021 Honda City we reviewed, and 2021 Isuzu D-Max we have with us now both have plate numbers already. 🤔 You guys can also go visit an MG dealership and compare their ZS units on display to see if it has differences from what we featured.

This is exactly what we’re trying to say in the review. You get all the features but it’s a bit lacking in the engine department.
Sir kamusta yung init na pumapasok dahil sa sunroof, pansin ko kase walang separation from sunroof to cabin aside sa net.

Agree, I read that turbo will take a lot more toil on the engine in the long run.

ZS Alpha owner here. No difference whatsoever since 2019. Year model lang naiiba. Wla pang balita kelan papasok yung facelifted model.
