That spillway looks like one hell of a place to fish!! Almost looks like a lake with those waves! Beauty muskies 👊🏻
Thanks for watching Nick!
Thank you!! Far and away the craziest Musky fishing I have ever seen! Just, wow!!
Thanks Joe!
Heck yeah, great job guys!
Thanks!
What a fishing spot! Nice Walleye...Muskies stacked in there! Good stuff!
Thanks for watching!
Wow, that was pretty awesome. What a great day!
Thanks Tom!
So awesome man!
Thanks!
Nicely done!
Thanks!
Looks like a amazing day!
It was!!!
Awesome fishing well done
Thanks!!
Wow that's a amazing!! Not to many people can say they've had a day like that fishing from shore 😂
Thanks!
Nice fish gentlemen!
Thanks Todd!
Wow!!! I am soooo jealous. Nice!! 👍
Thanks for watching!
@@330Maniac I have one question. Is this in Minnesota?
@@jeffkraft8029 no its not
@@330Maniac I'm jealous of that spot. Haha 👍😀
@@330Maniac North Dakota 👍
Hopefully the fish are there this weekend!
Nice spot, it doesn’t look handicap accessible 😎👍
Nice!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for not disclosing the spot, I fish there often and it would suck if everyone came there and fished it out!
I never give away locations for that exact reason. I tell people north Dakota and that's all they get
@@330Maniac Mcclusky canal is not a secret spot lol, the main lakes running to the canal have been the primary stocking spot by the DNR for ages. You fishing youtubers are annoying trying to gatekeep spots that weren't yours or anyone else's to begin with, fuck off
@330Maniac I wouldn't even say that. Because I was able to find this spot pretty quick.
Only took you four years apparently since that's when I put the video out 😂
You ever heard of a public fishing spot? You don't like? Why don't you cry about it 😂😂
I recognize that place, one of the best fisheries in the state
I have not fished it since but will go back some day. It was a blast!
How do you like the Alijos reel?
nice video guys WELL DONE ! what was your leader material ?
I didn't not use any. They were small enough I wasn't worried about them getting to my line
Ummmm you better provide this kind of action and luck if I come fish with you! I love musky and all but that monster Walleye was a BIG BONUS!
Why do I read comments, the video always gets spoiled xD
Very fun video, wow, big fish. How is the Piscifun Alios holding up?
It's been great to be honest!
How do you like that Piscifun Alijos reel? I just ordered one last night and hopefully it's not a wasted investment.
I've only used it a few times but definitely like it
@@330Maniac please do a longevity video on this reel in the future if you can, thanks!!!
I have caught over 20 Muskie and I use a 8 ft. Heavy graphite rod with 80 lb power pro braided line and 50 lb leader
Have you fished it yet this year or is it still iced over
I haven't
My bass real broke I'm using a baitcaster Abu Garcia Pro Max and I want to know if it's worth it for that real
I have the new diawa bait cast reel just for big Muskie and Pike
Where is the spillway at?
Good work gentlemen! I know this dam. Secret kept with me. However I didn't know you could park on that side?
Thanks for watching!
Mind sharing location guys?
@@richricci3172 Negative. Sorry bud. Locations get hammerd this way
@@330Maniac I am not a big muskie fisherman, a fly fish mostly for trout and salmon in Wi, been living in this area for about 5 years and all i wanted is a.shot.at a.decent fish that you dont catch often, trust me im the last one.to.gather crowds,.i fish with one person and one person only, i wasnt aware that this is how things.happen in the fishing world bus, i was always under the impression we are colleagues, not competitors, but i do appreciate you response man, tight lines!!!
@@richricci3172 your joking right? Do some home work and put in the time and u will understand why people don’t want to show people. If the spots that good ur gonna wanna go back and so will ur buddy and so will they guy ur buddy brings because he showed him pictures and got bugged and then that guys friend and so on......
Epic day
Thanks!
What lake is this on??
How is that reel holding up today?
I only used it once since then lol
Fish of a thousand casts😂
Guess I won't get one for 50,000 now lol
Fish of 3 casts today. You deserve it
What spillway?
Those Ski's look like their the Mille Lac's Spotted Muskie strain???
They are spots.
@@330Maniac Yep, not sure but that breed strain I think might of came from the Mille Lacs area. The Bared Muskie is a different strain/breed classification along with the hybrid Tiger Muskie.
Actually the Tiger Muskie isn't really a hybrid, but more of a cross breeding occurrence between the Muskie and Northern Pike.
Smaller muskies under 30 inches or so are usually spotted like that but they turn into bars as they get older. How long was the largest one that you held up to the net? Looks like about 32. Nice video congrats.
@@BowhuntingRoad Not to create argument with you, but I disagree with that theory. Pretty sure the Spotted Muskie is a different strain of Muskie all together such as there is the Bared Musky, Spotted, Tiger Muskie and even some rare seen Albino/White Muskies.
Sadly, one bazillion anglers will soon crowd the area. Good to see the CPR.
Actually people that don't know the area have no clue at all where it is so there won't be people there like you would think.
What's the name of dam or river
I forgot 🤔
Figured Where it is When there is only 5 lakes that stock muskie
I know this place never knew it had musky
We actually went there targeting big pike and got a surprise!
Nice catch my friend 🎣👍🏼 Thumbs up👍🏼 if you like check out my stuff👀🎣 Greetings from Germany🇩🇪"
Thanks!
Other than not keeping in the water while unhooking it was a pretty decent video
It was basically impossible to do that given the shoreline rocks. Safety first bud
@@330Maniac didnt look to bad on camera other than a few waves lol.
@@cotypihlaja576 rocks were scary bud. You need solid shoreline with that crazy current
@@330Maniac WORD ! unless a person wants to break/injure an ankle pretty much impossible.
Little bigger bag and longer handle net not a problem. Grew up fishing much worse then that not bad at all with proper gear.
