Bro, you have hormonal acne. that face wash wont work for hormonal acne. You need to go to a dermatologist for hormonal acne or use other face washes which are not available in india. In my case, i had closed comedones. Closed comedones are tiny bumps which you get when, oil, dead skin gets trapped between the hair folicles. This face wash and its face scrub really helped to get rid of those bumps. Your situation is way worse, Pls dont spread fake info about your testing.
