when should we use higher shutter speed vs 1/50 for motion blur? When is a good time for cinematic vs sharp tack look? love all the information!

We love using higher shutter speed when you want to see closer details like individual rocks, gravel in the road. Maybe more detail on leaves. Then you could do like 1/80 or even higher!
