A great variation on a galantine. Or is it a Ballotine?🤷♂️ It’s also nice to see some tie a bouquet of herbs, rather than just thro them in, and try and fish them out!👍 And the barley risotto is a winner for me! Love it! Keep it up mate.
I was also curious. I looked it up and the general idea is that a galantine seems to be poached and served cold, often as a roulade, whereas a balotine is generally roasted and served hot, often in the shape that Andy made.
Go shopping once a week with a general idea of what ur going to make for the week. And always have things like carrots, onions, celery, potatoes. Buy a couple chickens when they're on sale and freeze.
