G-Dragon made ‘Untitled’ in 2014.
He wrote this song because something happened to him in 2014, but he kept this song personally/secretly.
This MV is a ‘one take shot’ and somehow he decided to release this song to the public in 2017.
Thus, it’s released 2-3years only.

G-Dragon's influence in K-Pop and why he is called the King:
1. G-Dragon is the first idol who ever wrote and composed his own music. After his song was a hit, idols were allowed to create their own music in kpop industry.
2. The first official lightstick in kpop was designed by G-Dragon. Bigbang's lightstick Bangbong is in crown shape and has five petals, each petal represents each member.
3. Before G-Dragon, the most daring color idols would do was brown but he is the one who made colorful hair trend such as blonde, pink, blue, orange, red, green, white there is no color he hasn't tried.
4. He is a fashion icon. The first male asian ambassador for Chanel. He basically paved the way for idols in fashion industry.
5. He is the one who made idol airport fashion trend.
6. He brought genderless fashion for male idols in kpop. He is androgynous male model so he often wears women's coats and jacket for fashion shows and music videos and sometimes wears skirt on stage.
7. He is a true trendsetter and popularized many things. High-top shoes, skinny jeans, oversized hoodies and fur hats are just a few examples.
8. He is the first one to do USB album in kpop.
9. To this day he is still the only soloist from groups to win Artist of the Year/Daesang. Just after three years since debut, he had his first solo album out and had the most successful solo tour in kpop.
10. His collaboration with Flo Rida was the first kpop artist collaboration with western artist.
11. He is a number one artist with most song copyrights under his name in korea and was the youngest person to be listed on The 10 Greatest Korean Composers at the age of 20.

About Untitled, 2014 :
This song is very personal to G-Dragon, he said it before that he wasn’t so sure if he should release the song because it’s really really personal for him but in the end he released it.
Until now no one even knows what’s the story behind Untitled, 2014. There are so many fan theories out there. Some fans believe it’s about his past relationship because back in 2014 there were rumors that he broke up with his girlfriend (which until now he never confirmed that he was in a relationship with her)
Some people believe it’s about a member of BIGBANG (Seungri) that got into car accident in 2014. There’s a video of BB in an event that showing a tension between G-Dragon, Seungri, and Taeyang, some said maybe they were fighting. After the event all members were supposed to meet each other at airport as they have scheds overseas that time. Unfortunately hours later, Seungri’s car was found getting in accident (his car was flipped over), there are some photos taken by fans, G-Dragon was crying for a few times (at airport & YG family concert), the rest of them also looked so worried.
But some fans also think this is not about his past relationship at all but about his self. It’s not really a secret that G-Dragon has mental issue (depression) and people said he wrote this song for himself, as if he was talking to himself. As if he feel sorry to himself. If you re-read the lyrics it’s kinda makes sense but again, it’s just fans theories.
As i’ve mentioned before this song is really personal for G-Dragon and he never revealed what’s the story behind it so basically no one really knows what is it about, it could be one of those 3 theories or it could be anything.

YG only recently started adding eng to their MV New kpop fans are used to get all provided for them. Older fans are used to work for everything, translate for each other . In 2017 TOP had to enlist and GD, Taeyang, Daesung released solo albums and went on solo tours . Same year TOP tested positive for smoking weed . It was a huge scandal , the press jumped on him like wolfs, pressure was too much he ovedosed on tranquilazers , was in hospital unconscious for days. GD had to release this album in that period . Bulshit was supposed to be the tittle track but because of the situation it was changed to Untitled . This MV is the only promotion for the album . Despite no promo , despite the scandal GD broke the record for most itunes nr1 around the world . He also changed music industry. His album was released on usb not cd and initialy it was not recognised as an album in Korea He forced the industry to recognise it . Now any new artist who release an usb will get recognised.

The mv was shot in one go, no cuts. Just him, his lyrics, his composition. The album was lined up in korean charts and on itunes.
Just a fun fact G-DRAGON really likes the number 8 and his birthday was August 18 1988
When you add all those numbers together (8+18+1988) you will get 2014 hence the title of this song and I think this was about his supposedly “gf” that he broke up with back then
When you said that he is such a performer and that may be why the video is so good...couldn't agree more. GD did that in one take and finished filming in under an hour. They were supposed to use multiple filming sets which had already been prepared but the director no longer felt the need to film more and just cancelled their plans to shoot several more takes the next day.
And this does not really tell the story of 2014 but look at how the members tease him about his love life...

2014 is a year when he and his gf Kiko Mizuhara (model) started to get attacked by korea netizens (jealous issues of seeing him success), fans (not real fans actually haters) and Dispatch (a team of journalists, photographers,writers and reporters who works for exposing dating rumours between kpop idols and they is a fucking bunch of asshole that had made many idols suffering and they had made many artist going through mental breakdowns and suicides) , so basically 2014 is a year that gd get attacked by them and he suffering a lots bcause of that dating rumours and enough made he and Kiko break outs. So 2014 is a damn year for him .

One word to fully explain GD , aside from being the King of KPOp. He is musically GENIUS. Most of BIGBang songs and even their solo's was written and co written by G dragon. Even some of Blackpink songs was co written by him as well . He also composed songs for other groups such as winner and ikon. He literally started most of the trend in Korea. Yes he is the mastermind behind the very first lightstick in korea.

There's not a music video but you should watch an eng sub video. His lastest album Kwon Ji Yong (his real name) it's really personal to him. Also he chose this as a title track after TOP's (BIGBANG member) overdose happend in 2017.
