I'm also not a fan of how the camera sticks to one person. In 3d world and the new super mario bros games it would pan out which made it easier to explore different sections at the same time

I can tell this game will be hard to fully complete together.

I came here knowing that Choctopus would dislike this game because he can't harm anybody intentionally and later act ignorant of what he did.
While losing the collision is a shame, knowing some later levels I'm not sure they'd be possible with that.
A certain beat wall jumping level comes to mind....
I did co-op with my brother at the difficult spoiler level, and I'll say it is virtually impossible if collision is a thing
Yeah, a lot of levels would be needlessly more difficult with collision, probably less restricting aince they dont have to balance every level around it
yea lol exactly, i still wish there was a toggle but now that im thinking about it a decent portion of the levels would just not work with collision or be insanely difficult. If they had to design levels knowing there could be collision it would've restricted them.

The game says that the Flower Kingdom is neighbor to the Mushroom Kingdom, but it never mentions Sarasaland, so I wonder how far Daisy had to travel to be in this trip with her friends lol

Super Mario Bros Wonder sounds like such a fun time with friends! And with this dynamic of 4? This is gonna be mega to watch! Gonna enjoy this a lot!
As someone who has played this game with friends a few times, it's not. Compared to the wii game, this game is nearly unplayable in multiplayer. It is the least interactive yet inconvenient design for multiplayer I have ever played. Adding multiplayer is nothing but an inconvenience in this game. And I play mario games FOR the multiplayer, so in my eyes this game absolutely failed. Yes, it's gorgeous, creative, and just looks amazing, but the multiplayer is boring and stressful.

WHY did they remove player against player collision detection?? Jumping on each other’s heads, picking up and throwing each other and just simply getting in each other’s way was the SPIRIT of multiplayer in previous games
Hopefully they'll bring it back in the next update...

There’s another move with Mario that Sonic has where they have animations whenever they’re on the edge of a platform.
The day we have been waiting for all year has finally arrived, also it’s sad there isn’t collision but at the same time someone having camera control is already chaos enough

You need all the wonder flower, badges, flag tops and 10 flower coins for 100%
You also need the wonder seeds from the shop to 100% each world

21:51 getting past the bricks leads to a secret exit that unlocks a bunch of levels
There’s a secret exit in the second level where after the wonder flower if you use the music blocks to jump onto the ground with 3 pipes there will be a pipe there that will lead you to a secret exit
They forgot to get the 10 coins, since those coins are basically the 'Star Coins' of this game.

Honestly I think they should add player collision and pick ups as an option. I understand why they removed it (too much chaos), but it’s definitely lead to more fun then some people would like to admit
It would make certain levels unplayable and griefing people you're supposed to working together with only serves to drag on playing and completing the levels.

A few completion tips:
In levels with a secret exit, you have to go through both exits to get all the seeds
Purple 10-coins and having ever reached the top of one of the level's flagpoles are tracked, but you don't lose any collectables if you die.
In "level select" view, if you seem to have gotten everything but the level doesn't have a green completion mark, you've most likely missed a secret exit.
That should cover everything comments would scream at you about on individual levels without spoiling solutions.

I'm 💯% for Daisy representation there should always be a Daisy player, but maybe get rid of Mario for Yoshi or Nabbit to make it a lil more different and fun
I think Choc likes playing Mario at this point
But I really enjoy looking at the Mario model and the new expressions! It makes me appreciate just how much love was put into this game!

I think you should buy the one wonder seed from every shop you encounter if you’re aiming for 100%.

They REALLY should've added the ability to toggle collision in the game so you could bump into people and throw them but can be turned off if you wanted to
yea tbh that is basically my only major issue with the game. People complain about the bosses and all but tbh bosses are not the main focus at all for 2d Mario, they've never been. So I don't mind if the bosses were 'lackluster'. At least the online has races, but I wish you could do them with randoms and not just people you know. Tbh I feel like this game is better for 2 player, where with 4 NSMB Wii specifically is better. But for single player Wonder blows Wii out of the park imo

@Sidequest: The wonder seed you miss in bull rush is comming, it is just the normal exit, the bull rush nock out the flag to the normal exit, so you can't get all 3 in one play. Not all level have 3 wonder seed, only the one with a normal exit and secret exit have 3 wonder seed, you miss a wonder seed in 1-2 because their is a secret exit, if you don't have the parachute cap, you have to activated the song again, so it makes does pipe platform to reach the roof. If you know where it is without the song you can only make it up their if you are super form and the parachute cap.
I think you guys still have to collect all of the large purple coins for 100% but not fully sure
