Just found out he passed😢Dr. John was my doctor in Kailua, Hi where we both lived and worked. He was a customer of my husband who owned a store there. We ate lunch at Castle Memorial every weekday, as did John, his wife, and children. I did not agree with his diet recommendations, but he was a really, decent doctor and family man. RIP, Dr. John!
John had a great and rich life with a great family and friends, even if he as a young adult suffered some injuries. He was able to turn things around and prolonged his life a lot due to healthy foods. It’s not how many years you live, it’s the life quality and health during the years that you get that is the only thing that counts. Here John is a winner. Living another 10 or 20 years with poor health is not an option.
I have insulin resistance and l keep hearing we need protein meat ... can someone help .. cause l have fatty liver.. and menopause and keep being told need the muscle
