Sock pit can be included with wastage water also?
Un filtered rain water you can send but not used water. If my pit get fill I can get it cleaned since I have the option to open it. If you don't have access to rain water pit send only clear water to it.
Will the water going to soak pit recharge your borewell itself? It can go to neighbours borewell as well right?

It may or may not recharge your borewell. But It will replenish ground water level around your also adjacent borewells :)

It costed me around 6k around 4-5 years back (excluding filter). Please consult your building architect and take a call. If you don't want to go with pit method, you can opt sending the filtered rain water to sump tank and store it.

I think it will affect basement.. Pit should not be near the pillars.. Can you pls tell us the govt rules regarding rain harvest
