This brown butter glazed mini pecan Bundt cake is moist, delicious and surprisingly easy to make!
And not only is this cake delicious, but the aroma in your kitchen while this is baking is simply incredible! They make for the perfect dessert served alongside a warm morning coffee ☕

85g All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
115g Plain Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
175g Unsalted Butter
200g Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
[for Topping]
1 cup Melted White Chocolate
1 cup Shredded Coconut
¼ cup Red Currants
