Sir, last 12 years i am working as a Production Planning Engineer. Now i would like to take SAP PP Certification to get the job in Germany. I am bit confused where to start. I searched all SAP PP RUclips Training videos, your training videos are one of best and understandable. Can please reply me sir.If I want to clear the SAP PP exam, all these videos in your PP playlist is enough.
Good afternoon, can you please tell me more about what the phase in master recipe gives us and why we need it? Also please tell me in detail: in the section "default Values for operation, phases and secondary resorces" what do the fields Base Quantity, Charge Quantity and Operation Quantity mean. I don't understand what they are for and it would be very good if you could give me a simple example.
Production order status is automatically assigned by the system based on the transactions..such as Confirmations (CNF/PCNF), Good Receipt (DLV/PDLV) etc..whereas user status is something the user assigns manually to control the transactions on production order..such as ‘Not Approved’ which can restrict the release or processing the order. These can be customised.
is the standard values for categories overlapping to each other or is an individual? ideally, the labour can work when the machine is running, in that case if the machine time and labor time is 10 mins each, the cummulative amount of time the operation performed is 10 mins only. Or in other case, in the same operation, first the machine has to work for 10 mins and then the labor has to perfom another tasks in the same operation for 10 mins, then the cummulative time is 20 mins. Can you clarify this please?
Usually the total lead time of the operation is split across the activity types based on the base qty. if labor and machine are working in parallel then it can be a single activity as “labor&machine”. The activity costs per unit will also be split between labor and machine.
Very Nice Explantion my dear Friend
Wish i had a teacher like you. 😇
