Ya its so true as tutor was saying its not all about tense or grammer just speak out at any time with correct pronunciation .it will work as you move then you become fluent in it even you will not realise it .
I Like the way you are talking, its very inspiring, one thing I want to suggest as I am also trying to be fluent in English and working hard to be a good speaker. For beginners its very important to work on vocabulary and pronunciation, besides listen as much as you can because mist of us are from hindi background and we have not listened good English so listen whatever you like but in English then try to speak like them.
