I literally would have walked up, grabbed it by the tail and pulled it off the bed frame. Then I would have bounced it like a yo yo to keep it from getting my hand and walked it right outside. You can use the stick to keep it from getting you too. By the way, I get notices when you post videos.
At least you dealt with it better then my grandfather dealt with a squirrel, it was in our bathroom cupboard and he slammed the door on its leg, it still lived in the trees nearby afterwards so we named it Limpy.

I don't know why, but Hydraulic Press Channel's "It looks extremely dangerous, and may attack at any time, so we must deal with it," comes to mind. That being said, I live in the south, and their reclusive nature can scare the crap out of you when you run up on one in a grill or shed... That's we call them O'Possums, because when you run up on one by accident, your response is "OH! Possum!" That being said, they can actually be dangerous and attack, so getting it out is a good idea, especially using a stick. I applaud the restraint of Dr. Shaym.
this was refreshingly funny. i have some suggestions that could have made the process a lot quicker, but I suspect that the intention was for it to take awhile.
