Really wanted one of these, was waiting for the inventory to get back in stock then learned it doesn't have a free floating barrel, so I went with a Bergara Wilderness Ridge instead.
Just got mine on 308 and still new on rifles . I know its obvious that you load your ammu from the top . Is that the right way to load ammu because theres no magazine on the bottom its a hinge plate or something i want to know how to load em properly can you make a video pls and thank you
Hi good day thanks for the video Sorry for my Eng spelling I won't to know were can I bay a meat eater Wetherby in South Africa Please let me know Thank you
I noticed you had said they are by howa, its actually the other way around! Weatherby is made in the United states and own a portion of Howa or something similar to that.
vanguard are not made in the USA and are Howa; if you want a Weatherby made in the USA you need to spend the monies required to get a Mark V from Weatherby.
@@Baileysshooting thank you. I am very undecided. I had really cheap rifles and was looking to upgrade. Is the 6.5 creedmoor better than the 30-06 or 3 win mag? Here in America all the Weatherby calibers are the same price for the Meat eaters until Sunday.
@@Baileysshooting i live in the south, so mainly white tail. I know 300 win will be to strong for it but i might go to North Dakota to Hunt Elk and wanted something all around and more that all the calibers are the same price for that rifle. What do you suggest?

Do you still like the rifle or would you recommend another one?
Had to take a Dremel to the back of the Tally rings on mine with a Vortex to get the power ring to rotate.
Great video! How many shots does it take before barrel heating effects group?
About the 5-8 mark... not too bad a spread but open up

Did you have to get that custom I tried to order and it ain’t got a option to order a 243
might just be a UK thing
What did you torque the action screws to in inch pounds???
Rule of thumb for me is between 40 and 50 inch lbs
@@Baileysshooting thanks
The Weatherby MeatEater .243 beater then Ruger 243 generation 2
The Weatherby MeatEater .243 his better then the Ruger 243
Nice video but please next time when you shooting show the target not your beautiful face thanks

@@blackhouse7646 depends what you want to hunt to be fair... 300win mag is a lovely round.

6.5 Creedmoor would be more than suitable to be fair.. Bucks the wind well and is a very accurate round.. 130gn are a superb bullet weight.
