When it says that the silence is so loud, it means that it's quiet irl, but inside her head, she has these loud thoughts squirming around. The monsters she talks about are again, her own thoughts. The panic room is her mind. When she talks about the coast clearing, she means she thinks everything might work out. But then those voices and strange noises keep disturbing her wherever she goes. The monsters that are bigger than her control are thoughts that just put a stop onto her, so like, so like,.she has maybe a project to present, and she's just like, what if the whole thing just falls apart on stage? When she says the nightmares gonna begin, she means that because of all the thoughts she had, she thinks some upcoming event is gonna be a hellish disaster. I hope this helped clear it out :)

There are helpers like the guy who helped her out but he wasn't always a helper and probably won't stay one too. The girl is the seeker who is suppose to disguise herself as a survivior and kill the survivors and helpers. Though the girl is known as one of the best hunters she could not kill the guy for personally reasons. I would write a story of it but Im a bit too lazy for that.
I have anxiety and so every time i start to panic or freak out I sing out loud to myself "welcome to the panic room", and it has happened so often that my friends are annoyed by it c': but it helps me calm down so I keep using it

Before I had time to ask him anything he took a gun and shoot me. I didn't die. I dodged it?

I made some distance between us trying to find something to use as a weapon.

As I scan the room for weapons I saw a metal rod. Perfect.
I quickly rolled over to where the rod was as he was still trying to hit me. I grabbed the rod and with inhuman speed I knocked him out, possibly killed him.

There are helpers like the guy who helped her out but he wasn't always a helper and probably won't stay one too. The girl is the seeker who is suppose to disguise herself as a survivior and kill the survivors and helpers. Though the girl is known as one of the best hunters she could not kill the guy for personally reasons. I would write a story of it but Im a bit too lazy for that.
