It's hard to stay motivated when you see the salary packages compared to the skills and experience mentioned in the JDs or when you're just starting out and your boss or clients expect you to perform a miracle while you get zero guidance or help, or when you watch hundreds of videos about ads, optimise an ad the best you can and it still doesn't perform.. it's so stressful. Strategies are and will always very relevant sir, but in my opinion execution and analysis keep changing. Behavior of human being will always change based on some constant traits. Marketing is in general understanding those traits with respect to needs and making an effort to offer what might satisfy those needs or wants.

I am moving to my own business. It's been hectic. Moving to the renewable energy business so that I don't have to answer when it's not my fault. In the agency you have a boss, with a job at stake. With brands you have clients as a boss, who dictates your strategy although he shouldn't be, and your reputation is at stake. I still believe in Risk and reward theory, that's why moving to the energy sector especially renewable. I can market already, just have to figure out operations and finances.
I have 8+ years of professional experience in digital marketing. One of the biggest challenge for me here in India is salaries offered to the digital marketers. A software developer or software tester with 8+ years of experience will be able to grab Rs. 20-25+ LPA easily, whereas for a digital marketer it is a rare scenario. If we check any job portal, mostly the salaries offered to digital marketers are very low. Sometimes it is really depressing that all your friends are moving so fast in their life financially and here, digital marketers biting the dust for peanuts. P.S: I love your in depth videos.

So, having a great sense on what will be a good content for the client will be very valuable and sets you apart from the rest of your peers.

The salary range with all the sector/domains tend to be equal but after certain point, i feel marketers tend to get less salary when compared with the other domain people. No no, you don't need. I also fell into this trap but it is good if you know photoshop but not necessary. I would suggest you to master Canva, create stuff on Canva and practice alot. And start finding and analysing Good creatives of brands and understand the difference between Good and bad creatives. You should know the basic principles of designs for good creatives for Ads. A total of 300+300+200+150+80 = 1030 860 Profit / piece If i managed to sell at least 100 pieces a day then it would be 860×100= 86000 × 30 Which is 25.8m Per month clear cut net profit. Which will kills most of the fairs of a DM which you mentioned in this video.
