Honestly I think the first time Elsa was nerfed back in the day when she was a 2 cost 2 power card that gave +2 anywhere was fine with the majority of the player base,after her second nerf no one used her till recently , I think the problem with this change is now this card is more focused on bounce when people were recently using her in move decks with hope summers, I just agree with everything said in this video, second dinner is basically just making Elsa bloodstone dazzler,and we remember how underused dazzler was when she was a 3 cost
trying out elsa this is a buff im about 80% WR post infinite with move/bounce. If i have hope summers out its GG with jeff and nightwalker
This doesn't fell like nerf at all, Elsa feels good here
I forgot that she was this but at 2 cost after the first nerf and people stopped using her so i kind of agree this might not be a biff after all. I think i like the universal effect philosophy for 3 cost cards. Therefore, i think the best place for Elsa might be a 3/2 that gives plus 3 when a lane is filled. That will kind of bring her to her former glory but at a higher cost for having an Universal effect.

At first I didn't think it's huge deal, but on a second thought, yeah, this is a huge nerf. Potentially it's additional 4 power, but you aren't filling all lanes, so at best it's additional 2 power. But you lose out on say Elsa + Kitty on Angela, so the potential additional power is already gone. So this is basically just a strict nerf. Not to mention Hope is 3 and you can't Elsa + another 2 drop. Yeah, she's balls again. Sadge.
Yeah this is where Elsa was gonna land. 3 cost is where SD want global affects to live. I feel like they murdered Mobius but this is just where it is with this kinda card.
Thinking new Elsa is going to make Surfer significantly stronger probably don't play a lot of surfer...maybe with Hope (cope)... probably not though.
Had a really fun week with elsa kitty angela hope, but now the curve doesn't work so I guess that's over already

I like this change, but I think she should be at least a 3/4.
Its hard to say this is a nerf when its just the old ability which was really powerful but at a higher cost. Hope is a card that gives you energy which already makes it easy to combine eith a card like this. I do know how you feel. I had this same reaction with Adam, but in Adam's case they left the ability the same and just made him only viable on one of the ginal turn. Here at least we get a return to her former glory effect wise and that ability had a lot of synergies since you could set up more than one location and keep scaling movement cards and kitty at the same time. I will say I do agree that SD has been making a lot of weird changes and calling them "buffs" when they really arent really a buff.
The thing that makes no sense is we already had the Elsa with this exact ability as a 2/2 and it was mid at best and that’s being generous, I don’t see how changing that by 1 cost and 1 power makes it a better card than that version or even the most recent version

Angela > Hope > Elsa + Kitty. The combo works almost as well as it did yesterday & I am genuinely confused by your rage here.
its a lot worse in any deck that does not go super wide, which was pretty much all of the recent ones playing her
@@ZombiesGoNomNomIt's slightly worse in the one deck you were using it in, but has more chance to work in a variety of other decks. If your response to them changing a card is posting a full 15-minute angry rant on RUclips, I genuinely think you might want to consider taking a break.
@@yaekmon after seeing people play the card post patch it continues to be not worth the build around for the payoff in its new form. If you were not down for a rant im not sure why you watched the video lol I made it very clear at the start, im not going to apologize for having a strong opinion on them doing something stupid and making a card that was finally seeing play again continue to struggle
@ZombiesGoNomNom It's not that I object to the content, I'm just concerned about the toll on your health if you get this angry every time they make a change you don't like. I dunno, I'm probably overthinking it, it's cathartic to have a good rant. I appreciate that it's content from the heart & not just towing the official Second Dinner line.
Honestly its just cathartic to get out when something annoys me to this level, they do quite a lot of things im not always a fan of but its pretty rare it makes me actually mad at this point, just kinda is what it is. But man does it suck finally being able to play a card you like thats been struggling for months only to have it changed (in my opinion) for the worse only a week later. Just feels real bad

NPCs be like "Second Dinner is just trying to be conservative with an Elsa buff because her numbers are SO hard to get right, just give them a little more time 🤓".
Second Dinner hates the most fun high skill deck in the game: Bounce. And 3/5 Black Swan instead of 2/3 proves they don't play bounce at all.
The Mantis change is a joke. Every time they touch that card, they make it worse. For what is worth, the best would be to return it to a 1/2 with the original ability.
