Los Santos Summer Special DLC (which came in 2019 from what I remember but it can be 2020) was actually supposed to be a Cop related update called Cops and Crooks and yes, it would feature the famous custom advesary mode Cops and Crooks. The problem was that due to the riots and problems about USA's police, Rockstar believed that a cop themed update would be too dangerous so they had to repurpose the update. All of the files were left in the game but we werent able to access it. I am glad we are slowly getting the update, there were really cool things in that update.

So in order to purchase the trade price for the police stanier, do I need to complete the gangbanger robbery mission first before I collect one piece of evidence? I already have the unmarked cruiser.

The dog admission it either has a bug or you have to hit it on the engine for the EMP to work I'm pretty sure it's a bug though because I experienced it and I got so frustrated but yeah I think that's the only issue also if I were you I wouldn't go for the BF weevil one because warning there's a Savage helicopter that comes in and I barely managed to take it down it was pure hell
Maybe look up the colors of the police from different places. In the states we have different colors for different reasons. Green + orange for Brazil police, blue and gold accents for Iowa, yellow and black for eu, etc. I only know sm
The reason u tought wrong was becuse u had to do the scope out mission to unlock the normal buy option but u already had done that when u saw the car so u tought u had to do it again when u already did it and all along just had to search a crime cene

Rockstar using another reused animation because if you notice that they flashed the or they did the car the exact same way as the union depository heist from the contracts auto shop thing so yeah basically they reuse the animation because they are lazy
Also for someone unreason I've collected like at least three crime scenes and rockstar we're just like nah you're good you're not getting it you're gonna have to search for an hour to get it so bend over and get ready to get it out the ass
